Beachfront holiday rental in East Macedonia and Thrace

We were there with four children (8,11,13,14) and the house was just perfect for us. Plenty of space and large rooms, the kitchen is perfectly equipped as we like to cook every day. The beach is 5 minutes away and the city center is about 10 minutes on foot. Very nice, friendly and accommodating hosts. Very good value for money. We would come back anytime. Netflix was the highlight for the kids. :)

Nice place to stay , and houst is very nice person.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

Words are unnecessary. We stayed in the home for a week, The dance was great and very clean. The view from the balcony was truly breathtaking. Mrs. Mary and Mr. Demosthenes are two really sweet people who make everything possible to stay well-maintained. I highly recommend it for a couple, family and pets.

I had a wonderful stay at Babis' house! The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to local amenities and just a short drive to some incredible beaches. Ammolofoi Beach, in particular, was our favorite, only a few minutes away by car. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, I highly recommend this place!

A fully equipped holiday house very close to the beach. We had everything we needed and a bit more (the washing machine was definitely a great plus). The neighbourhood is very quiet but the main street is just a few walking minutes away. The spacious veranda was greatly appreciated as well. All in all, it's a very nice and comfortable house. We will definitely visit again!

Everything was as we expected, which is the definition of quality. The location of the apartment is good, close to everywhere, a few steps to the beach, everything needed at home, the host is interested and helpful. I definitely recommend it

The apartment is wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. It is a place where you can immediately feel at home without missing anything. Even the smallest detail has been thought of. The place is very quiet and peaceful, but it is also very convenient for exploring the whole island. It is close to the central part of the city with restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Vasiliki's apartment. This is one of the best Airbnb places I've been to.

The apartment is exactly as described. Great place, near lot of restaurants and bars. 3 mins walking until the closest beach. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Would come back with pleasure.

A great house with stunning over the sea. It couldn't be better. The street next to it is relatively noisy, but you get used to it.

Had a great time! Very clean, easy access and parking (which makes a big difference). Proactive communication and also quick to respond to anything that came up during our stay.

A villa that I can definitely recommend for all couples with or without children. The details are far above what is shown in the photos. Clean, tidy, quality, decent, calm, private. We felt like we were in our own summer house for the 5 days we stayed. The pool is absolutely clean and quite enough for a family of 4 people. The sea is extremely calm, pristine, I strongly recommend sea shoes or pallet for sea lovers. The water directly opposite the house is shallow and the sea urchins are too many but the underwater habitat is very beautiful. Mrs. Kallopi is a solution friendly host who loves her job and has good communication with her customers. It was a vacation that helped me to relieve the tiredness of the whole summer. We will visit again at the first opportunity. Thank you

Cosy space, quiet garden and very close to the beach. Perfect stay!

The aparment was cozy, neat and is equipped with all you need to have a calm family vacation by the sea. There is a spacious outdoor area with playgrounds and private places. The small private pebble beach is within the complex and has good shnorheling spots nearby. Lucy is very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful seaside vacation at Niko’s place with our kids. The apartment is right on the beach, safe and secluded, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children could safely play outside—in the yard, on the beach just steps away, or at the basketball court right in front of the building. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unforgettable and peaceful, accompanied by the songs of birds. Niko was quick to respond and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this place!

(smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. An oven with trays and all kinds of dishes. Two gaz stoves. Gaz barbeque - very easy to use it! 4th - the yard - To stay and drink coffee under the olive trees...The place is perfect for people who want to relax, far a way from the noise of the city... Christos houses are great. Very clean, with everything you need for a wonderful stay in Thassos. The location is wonderful, two minutes walk from several great beaches. The place is suitable for babies to stay, and the yard is wonderful for relaxing. Christos is a wonderful host, our communication started with the booking, continued with recommendations for the trip. Certainly Christos and his father who takes care of the houses contribute to a full stay andimmersion in the culture of the island.
