The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Apartment with lots of privacy near the city center

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
