New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Dune castles right on the beach

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Cosy log cabin in a fantastic secluded location by a small lake – a true natural paradise, with water lilies in bloom in summer. Separate bedroom with bunk bed and open sleeping area on the mezzanine. Very well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and lovingly furnished rooms. Perfect for unwinding and enjoying the peace and quiet. Linens and towels are to be brought. The large bathing lake is one of them.
