Only 1/2 hour from Aarhus lies my beautiful summer house, quiet and private, only a 7-minute walk from East Jutland's best beach. The property, surrounded by a stream, is spacious and private. In the garden, there is a shelter where the children can play, or you can spend the night, very close to nature. The house is set back from the hustle and bustle of “Trekanten,” but if you hop on a bike, you're only 5 minutes away from a game of mini golf on Denmark's oldest course, ice cream, delicious food, and lots of life and experiences.

Lounge furniture on the terrace with a really cozy outdoor fireplace in the corner of the terrace. After a walk by the beach, which is 300 meters away, it's nice to light the wood-burning stove in the living room and relax on the big soft sofa. There's a swing set at the bottom of the garden. A fire pit is also in the garden. Covered entrance. And a covered terrace where there is a gas grill, and a kettle grill for charcoal.

Cozy family cottage right down to the beach. The house sleeps 6 adults and 1 child, in the summer months there is a cozy annex with room for 4 adults. The cottage is located next to one of Denmark's most beautiful child-friendly beaches. Here, there is plenty of opportunity for lovely walks along the beach, crabbing and a round of mini golf on Denmark's oldest mini golf course. In the summer months, there are several good takeaway options in the area. The cottage was renovated in 2019, with respect for the history of the house.

There are good shopping opportunities in Hou and Odder When renting the cottage, it is possible to purchase bed linen and towels for DKK 150/€20 per person. Final cleaning and consumption are not included in the stay.
