The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Relaxing 19th Century three bedroomed cottage

Take it easy at this unique and restful cottage. Away from the crowds but ideally situated and within easy reach of beaches and moorland. Plenty of opportunities for retail therapy and sightseeing. The Eliot Cottage was built around 1805 and is situated right next door to the famous Eliot Arms, reputed to be one of the most haunted pubs in Cornwall but also full of history, good food and pleasant company. Tregadillet is three miles west of Launceston and a very quiet and peaceful village.

Noah’s Ark is our Shepherd’s Hut situated in a rural conservation area just inside Cornwall and nestles between our goat’s & ponies’ paddock and overlooks our bordering river. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling & walks on Bodmin & Dartmoor & equidistant from the north & south coasts. We are lucky to have achieved our dream of living in Cornwall with our animals and want to share the experience with others who would love to escape to this life. Well behaved dogs are very welcome

There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. Our farm cottage is a great place to stay whilst working nearby, or as a stopover on the way further west or to have a longer break to explore what Devon and Cornwall has to offer. Normally we offer the whole cottage, (which sleeps 7), but we have now added a comfy sofa bed downstairs to allow guests to just stay for a night or two. *Note, bookings on this listing will only have access to ground floor of the cottage.
