this place was exactly what we were looking for for our little family weekend away in Tampa. everything was exactly as pictured and clean. the bed was very comfortable which is a bonus. the neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Kenneth’s place is a true gem. Perfect location, amazing surroundings, quiet and safe. The pool area was so serene and inviting, such a lovely little oasis. Kenneth was friendly and available, such a great host. We will definitely return!

This was an ideal vacation I was looking for. From the location, to the clean interior of the room, the privacy, the peacefulness and quiet. It was 10/10. I enjoyed my time and hope to get them again.

Bob and Liz have created the ideal space for the traveling doc! I work the night shift and the unit is very quiet and conducive to sleeping during the day. They were so concerned about providing a quiet space that their regular guests offered to book their stay at another time! I will certainly look to stay anytime I’m in Tampa.

A lovely setting with a little beach out back on Boca Ciega Bay and just a few minutes walk to Beach Blvd's restaurants, brewery and coffee shops. Would definitely consider returning!

100% recommend. Exactly as pictured and a great deal for the area. Only notes- the shower is very small. I was fine, but if you are more plus sized, it might be a concern. The weekend was great, but the train was real loud at 6am on Monday morning. Not sure if that’s a scheduled train or we just got lucky over the weekend. Overall it was a great stay. Super close to the soccer fields we were in town for!

Robert was a great host! Lots of great local recommendations. His place was extremely clean and had everything you could need. Well stocked with essentials. Close to Indian Shores Beach and Clearwater Beach. Had chairs, umbrella and cooler to use at the beach, great amenity!! You won’t be disappointed!! Highly recommend to stay at Roberts place and we plan to be back soon!!

Yeleiny’s place was very peaceful and quiet. She gave clear instructions for check in and check out. She was also very responsive and friendly during my stay. I will definitely go back again. The place was clean and I had no issues at all.

where should I begin. If I could give it 10 stars I would. The host was absolutely amazing and very sweet. The spot was perfect for my sister and I. clean and comfy. The area was very peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly. It was 9 minutes from my nieces home which was a big plus and 15 minutes from the airport. next time im in town I will definitely stay here.

We stayed for a little over a week at this cute and cozy guest house. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Julie and Zoli were quick to respond to our messages, and were very flexible with us.

Had just what I needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed, coffee pot, large bathroom with very nice shower. Quiet street, walkable neighborhood. Adel was very responsive and helpful.

Gloria’s private suite was everything this busy mama needed for a relaxing beach getaway with my kids. She has everything you need to have a great day at the beach including coolers, beach wagon, toys, sunscreen, towels, blankets and more. We loved coming back to the private saltwater pool for a swim after a long day of exploring. The suite felt like a home away from home and Gloria was so accommodating to not only us but my dog who she had filtered water, treats and toys waiting for him when we arrived and also let him hang out with her and her dog while we were at the beach! The location is close to many beautiful parks and beaches. We enjoyed watching the sunset from Sunset Beach close by. Would definitely book here again!

Clean place literally everything you need for a stay is there already. Bedroom ac lacking in power but the dinning room one makes up for it.

I stayed at many airbnbs in the Tampa area and this is probably one of the top two, Top one if you consider the parking.

Great little piece of pleasure and affordable! John and Abbey were more than accommodating for our needs and made every attempt possible to make us feel at home! I did not want to leave as this felt like our home away from home. Thank you again John and abbey. We will be visiting the new Airbnb soon ;)

5 Stars – A Peaceful and Perfect Stay in Tampa! We had a wonderful stay at Liz’s Airbnb in Tampa, FL. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The home was cozy, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with a calm and safe atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the best parts of our stay was how conveniently located the house was. Whether we were headed to downtown Tampa, local attractions, or even Clearwater Beach, everything was within a short 20–30 minute drive. It made getting around stress-free and allowed us to make the most of our time in the area. Liz was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. She even allowed us to use the washer and dryer before our departure, which was a thoughtful touch that made our trip even smoother. The amenities provided were just what we needed, and it’s clear that Liz puts care into making her guests feel welcome.

Me and my friend loved staying here!! It was super clean and put together!! It was close to lots of fun places, including the MidFlorida Ampitheatre, which made it super easy to get back to the bnb after our concert. Thank you for having us! :)

The very private two (2) bedroom guest suite with one bath & TVs in each room was exactly as shown. Very clean, attractive and comfortable. Similar to interior hotel rooms with no living room but had a hallway, mini kitchen, coffee island and car parking in the garage. Mini fridge located in one bedroom with full size fridge and washer & dryer in garage. Overall, a very good fit for our needs with short 1 mile drive to get on 275 to our visiting destinations. Would rent again.

I use her accommodations while in transit to the Dominican Republic. My only regret, Is that I did not have enough time to fully enjoy the awesome accommodations. If ever, I returned to the St. Petersburg’s area I hope her accommodations are available.

Bill is such a kind and communicative host! He responded within ten minutes any time I reached out. The little apartment was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need during a stay. The pool was sparkling clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling and I’ve been traveling for work for decades! I will never stay anywhere else while in St. Petersburg unless I can’t get my reservation in with Bill. If there were ten stars, I would rate Bill’s little place a ten! 🥰
