What a great place. Nice quiet friendly community feel with pretty much everything you need to lay low and enjoy Madeira Beach and nearby. Away from the hustle bustle yet convenient if you want to go check stuff out. Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Thanks John! Oh yeah and you too Dave (Property Manager). You're on top of it man!

Judy’s place is very nice, and walkable to the beach. The pool and common area are an oasis. They house is equipped with beach necessities. Close to downtown that fills with good restaurants. Judy is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, and great communication.

I'm not even sure where to start! This place was absolutely perfect! 10 out of 10!! You cannot get any closer to the ocean than this! literally two steps out the back door and you are on the sand. it is all flat and easy short walk to the water!! The other plus is you were able to park right at the front door. literally two steps and you are in the door. no parking garage no lugging luggage to a condo on a luggage cart!! We were the first clients to stay in the bungalow after the hurricane! They have done such a nice job with it! Appliances, cabinetry, furniture is new! towels and beach towels provided! private/ shared pool a few steps away! You're not sharing the pool with 100 other people at a condo!! Sharky's restaurant right across the street! The beach itself was never packed! The one only hiccup we have was a little bit of a sewer issue, we messaged Liz and she had the plumber there within 45 minutes! problem solved! highly recommend this place!! we will definitely be back!!!

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for our needs. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and our host communicated quickly. Davis Island is a beautiful location to find peace and quiet from the Tampa hustle & bustle. What a great place to tool around on the golf cart that comes with the accommodation. All six of us agreed it's a 5 star air bnb.

We recently wrapped up an AMAZING stay at The Lobster Beach Bungalow. Everything was as described- charming ‘old Florida’ feel and close proximity to the beach (50 steps). It felt like a miniature resort. We got to meet other vacationers staying at the other bungalows, which was pretty cool. We were even able to enjoy the pool on a day where the gulf waters were a little rougher. There are a lot of eateries within walking distance. We tried a different coffee shop every morning- yum! The bungalow itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen had we could have desired should we have decided to eat in. Too many yummy local eateries for that for us though! We also loved being able to have our fur babies with us, as no vacation is complete without our whole family. We look forward to returning next year with some extended family to experience this peaceful paradise. Thank you, Liz, for creating a place that feels like home away from home!

This place was just what we needed. It definitely met our expectations. So close to beach, bay, and fun restaurants.

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks beach. The Airbnb was just a block away from the beach which was really nice. They were also close to many dining locations and a quick drive to other destinations.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The outdoor area is really nice too. The location was perfect for us. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to almost anything you’d want to do in the Tampa area. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Their hospitality is top notch. You can feel their thoughtfulness in the little things they do to make your stay more comfortable such as provide little snacks and toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay here and will book again when we come back to Tampa!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent — close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The two bedrooms are big and separated by the master bath. Both bathrooms were big and comfortable. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open and connected. The ceilings are tall and have architecture to them. The home has great charm with old wood floors, arches. It has a nostalgic coastal feel yet modern amenities and bathrooms. We loved the area it was in. the road is cobblestone and in decent shape. There is a back porch which is more private, but we basically spent almost all of our time on the front step. It felt like the old days, sitting in a rocking chair, reading a book, watching the activities of the neighborhood. Overall, traffic is really light on this stretch of road. There are few reasons to cut down the road. There are sidewalks and walking/biking paths nearby. If you are capable, you can walk to many restaurants, bars, and sights. Mandatory for us is Lamani's Gyro's and National Bakery.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, larger than expected and well stocked with essentials. The backyard was like a tropical oasis, with beautiful plants, lush trees, and a sandy area. The jacuzzi was nice to enjoy in the backyard as well. Magdi and Bill are very nice hosts, and answered any questions that came up during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The most beautiful and well appointed home in the area we have stayed in. Lillian was a kind and gracious host. We loved the location and all aspects of the home. We will absolutely book here again.

What a gem in the middle of downtown Safety Harbor - the sweetest city with so many restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. Elena’s home was exactly as the photos - except we found a keurig coffee maker - which was even better. The bed was comfy, the kitchen fully stocked, and the two bathrooms were also a treat. We felt right at home for the 8 nights we were there. We will definitely be back.. this is on my top 3 list do favorite air bnbs. Thank you for sharing your sweet home with us!

This was a great find. The house was big and beautiful. The pool was awesome! Being half covered allowed us to sit comfortably by the pool even when it was very sunny. The amenities provided were a delightful surprise. We had everything needed for a beach day, for playing/lounging in the pool, for cooking meals and for getting ready every day!
