Waterfront holiday rentals in Dumaguete City

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

My dive buddy and I stayed here on our last trip. Dream Diving is just steps away from the shore. We did several dives from this location, muck to the west and reef to the east. The diving is excellent! We saw something new each dive. There is a cafe with excellent food and friendly staff on location. Highly recommend!

The place is very peaceful and diving right out side the gate. Very friendly staff, some good restaurants near buy. See Apo Island right across. Good pool. Great for long or a short stay. Has everything you need.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war super, ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Das war bisher unsere beste Unterkunft auf den Philippinen! Der Pool ist wunderschön und sauber – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unser Boot und unseren Flug umgebucht haben, um noch ein paar Tage länger zu bleiben. Alle, die dort arbeiten, sind extrem freundlich, besonders May May, die immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hatte – der Service war einfach top! Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt, mit schönen Pflanzen, bequemen Liegestühlen und Hängematten – eine kleine Oase. Die Wohnung selbst hatte alles, was wir brauchten: ein bequemes Bett, eine leise Klimaanlage, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und sogar eine Waschmaschine, was super praktisch war. Auch der empfohlene Scooterverleih war super zuverlässig. Und ein weiteres Highlight: Apo Island ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt – perfekt für einen Tagesausflug! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diesen wunderschönen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Thank you James for hosting us at Adayo Cove Resort. The place was accurate as described, away from San Juan, quiet, clean, and comfortable with everything one might need. We particularly appreciated the quality of linen, the delicious food from the in-house restaurant, the karaoke machine, and the warm, friendly, and helpful staff. Please note that while this is beach front, it offers great sunset views but not best for swimming--they have a pool for that instead!

I really enjoyed my stay at Doris Ann’s accommodation in Siquijor! I wish I had stayed longer. The place is right next to a bar, and they mentioned that the bar usually has a live band, so if you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this might not be the right spot. But if you’re in the mood to chill and have fun, it’s perfect! The room has two queen-size beds, ideal for friends on vacation, and there’s a small kitchen with water, coffee, and a mini fridge. The toilet is clean, though I highly suggest opening the small window in the shower for privacy—just make sure to pull back the shower curtain after you finish. Overall, a great stay, and I’d rate it 10 out of 10!

Bonjour, SUPER séjours nous avons passé 4 magnifique journées dans un très belle endroit ,dans une très belle chambre avec un super lit dotée d une vue paradisiaque sur la plage et ses bateaux de pêche typique avec des gens toujours souriants .Les hôtes ont été d une gentillesse rarement vue lors de nos voyages, toujours soucieux de notre bien être avec un sourire radieux sur le visage Un pur bonheur d avoir croisé cet endroit. JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT

Our total experience was amazing. Andre's wife ate joy and was so amazing and very accommodating in person. She makes sure we are comfortable and at the same time feel at home. The place is clean and full of plants. They both went the extra mile just to make us feel home while away from our home. I could say this place is one of the best place I've been able to stay. The food is expectedly delicious. For 150.00 you can share it with two people already. they Have plants, restobar and live stocks you can enjoy to watch. The Wifi Is good you can do WFH since the place is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel the essence of living at the province. Plus you may visit places around the place.

My stay here was very pleasant, the host allowed me to check in very early and did everything she could to accommodate us, the groundskeeper was very friendly and helpful, we were in town for whale watching and this was the perfect accommodation, attached to the property pretty much where the beach and a couple of restaurants one of which I would highly recommend called “AKA Food House” it’s not on Google maps but it’s right next to the property, literally the best sinigang I’ve ever had, Anyway anyways this place was perfect for our two night stay and I highly recommend anybody passing through to stop by and check them out.

Amazing place to stay at Oslob. Conveniently located close to Tumalog Falls and Oslob whaleshark watching. The property is chic and modern, highly recommended!

Honeylet’s place was exactly as described. A lovely and gracious home set in the peaceful suburbs. Her staff were incredibly helpful and met our every need. We hope to be able to come back to this paradise soon.

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. My girlfriend really loved it too. We both would highly recommend this place and actually this is my second time staying here. Thanks again Gloria for helping My stay to be more enjoyable.

Great place. Very convenient and near to the whale sharks encounter. Restaurants very close and private access to the beach is nice. We definitely recommend this place!

Excellent place. A little difficult to find the first day for someone not local. Great pool. Quite would defiantly stay again next time. Driveway was a bit steep for some cars but most will be fine.

Finding it was not difficult if you use Arana’s as a landmark. The place was exactly as pictured with a private beach, outside shower, outside cooking area. Several rooms have AirCon others had fans. The place is big and spacious with full kitchen and large dining area. Any issues that arose were quickly and politely dealt with. I left with a good feeling and if given the chance, I would book again for a longer stay. Thank you for the experience.

Sofa in this unit is too small unlike the previous unit of the same host where we could lie down comfortably. Not a deal breaker though.

We had slight difficulty in entering the condo, the guards were ungreatful BUT the unit was very very clean,organized and peaceful and the location was great. Best unit we've ever stayed

Direct access to the ocean by stairs on the terrace. 15 minute drive to Dumaguete, Valencia, Dauin and Zamboanguita. Many dive resorts and beaches nearby. Plenty of diverse restaurants nearby. 50/50 chance to see turtles when snorkeling right in front of the terrace.
