Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Dumaguete

We had a comfortable stay at Rommel's! Communication was easy and the caretaker was very nice. There's some construction going on the courtyard and the pool was closed, but it didn't affect our stay too much.

We only stayed for a night, but it was a really nice place so I could have stayed for longer. Convenient location, comfortable furniture, and spotless.

This apartment building is arguably the best in Dumaguete. It features a nice pool, a decent gym, good security, and conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants/bars. The host, Mike, is responsive and responsible. The unit itself is on a high floor, offering a mountain view and lush greenery below. It faces west. There’s a large smart TV with YouTube and other apps. I only cooked breakfast during my stay, but the kitchen was well-equipped with enough pots/glasses/coffee machine etc for two people. The apartment is close to the sea and surrounded by excellent dining options. My favorite restaurant was Bahia; Hayahay is a cheaper option to relax with a meal/drinks by the water. The unit is tucked away from the main road, so it’s generally quiet. Cons: No washing machine but laundry is close and cheap. There is a small mart across but the supermarket is 5 minutes away with tricycles (20 pesos only). You have to register guests for any unit in this building.

This was my second time staying here. Clean and matches the pictures and description. Will consider staying again next time I am in town.

What a pleasure it was to stay in Majorie's stylish beautifully furnished unit and to be supported during my girlfriend and my long stay here by she and Janey. They are the best!!! Her unit is beautiful, has everything that a short or long stay needs in amenities. Having great security, a swimming pool, gym and pool table was extra added bonuses. Even a place to dry or clothes after each wash. My girlfriend and I lived here and had a great stay. Located in Dumaguete's up and coming Piapi neighborhood, it was both far enough and close enough to the ferries to other island, the airport and the downtown Dumaguete area. There are some cell service connection issues in this unit (...had to leave our windows open often) but her wi-fi still helped us stay connected. We would stay again and highly recommend you renting from her.

The place was very accessible to everything and was located in a very strategic location. The unit was very clean and got everything we needed for our stay. Miss Angie was very accomodating and helped us during our stay. We would definitely come back when we will be in dumaguete again in the future. Great stay in a lovely apartment. Good location and with nice swimming pool and gym. Vince's communication was great and the few minor issues I had during my stay were sorted quickly and with no problems. I'd definitely stay again. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning is a little old and noisy.

As someone who runs every morning, I really like the location of this place. You can enjoy the sunrise everyday! Most restaurants are walking distance, too! Sir Jun’s place is spacious, functional and really clean. You just don’t want to go out and just enjoy your staycation instead. 🤩 Sir Jun is also very responsive to queries and requests. This is worth every penny. Thank you so much sir Jun! I highly recommend this place. 🧡

.The guards of the condominium are strict but it takes about 15 mins for check in not quite long time. The room is clean, worth this price.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spotless, stylish and modern unit hosted by lovely Ging. The place was really cozy, feels like home and just had everything we needed especially with the amenities. The location is a walking distance to shops and fancy restaurants. Ging was very approachable, responsive and she even made our check in and check out at breeze which I find it very convenient. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches by Ging ensuring our comfortability and security. Everything was superb! I would definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The place was exceptionally-maintained and immaculate. Everything inside looked brand new and elegantly designed, which really radiated modern style. When I arrived, it was spotless and perfectly prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating too, checking in was a walk in the park. The amenities provided were spot-on, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the space. Loved the modern interior, it created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing stay at Nica and Amir's underground space! The underground layout adds a unique charm to the AirBnb. The dedicated workspace was a huge bonus and made working from home comfortable and productive. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a must for remote work. Plus, the entertainment options were great – the Smart TV had everything we needed to relax after a long day, with all the streaming services at our fingertips. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, and the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Nica and Amir were responsive and always available for any questions, which made the whole experience even better.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely a stay we’d recommend to others and would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even brought us over a mini karaoke set when we mentioned hearing karaoke next door. The pool was refreshing, and it’s a super short drive into town. Highly recommend especially if you’re renting a car.
