Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dumaguete City

We kept extending our stay here because of how comfortable we felt in this house. Ate Mhy , the caretaker, is very friendly and kind. I love everything about this stay. My doctor does a home visit and does everything conveniently for me. Glad this house isn’t hard to locate. Really a great AirBnB find!

I'm so glad I stayed at Estela's home instead of a hotel or resort because I wanted a quiet, safe location that also has a nice garden/patio. The neighborhood is gated and has lots of native trees and well maintained gardens, perfect for nature lovers. Estela went out of her way to make me feel more like family than a guest by having her brother in law pick me up at the airport and making the best meal of my stay on Negros the first night... for free! And the room rate is less than what you will pay at many crowded, noisy resorts. I recommend it particularly to birders who are staying a few days on Negros.

Irenieta was amazing with us, nice, warm, and always available to help us it was really great! The accommodation is clean and very pleasant to live in, The ocean a few steps away with corals to discover by snorkeling, I can only recommend this place! Thank you again 🙃

I absolutely loved our host—she was incredibly considerate and made you feel instantly at ease. The place had a beautiful garden and was filled with paintings that, to my surprise, were all created by her. I didn’t get the chance to tell her, but she’s truly a talented painter. It took me a while to realize it, but I eventually noticed her name signed on each piece. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere that feels like home, with people who make you feel like you belong.

We enjoyed the place. Nice kitchen and big fridge make it comfortable to cook. On ground floor there were 3 nice ventilators. Also nice the open windows and musquito screens so not much musquito bites. Master Bedroom has nice bed and good airco.

Honeylet’s place was exactly as described. A lovely and gracious home set in the peaceful suburbs. Her staff were incredibly helpful and met our every need. We hope to be able to come back to this paradise soon.

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

I desired a complete rental that would eliminate any concerns over the need to obtain additional items. Doris provided a spectacular unit that included everything that was required!

Very great deal! It was a bit hard to find at first but once you were able to familiarize yourself with the place and surroundings, it was easily to go back and forth from the city center. Sir Rany was also easy to communicate with, tho, the staff he assigned to us was bit inattentive.

I have stayed in so many Airbnb's over the last few years around the Philippines and only some of them stand out to me in terms of the overall experience and this was one of the top notch experiences without a doubt, the host is extremely on the ball with making sure your experience is perfect With great communication quick to reply just wanting to make sure you have a good experience. Coupled with the unit itself which is spotless, comfortable and has everything you need. I'm big on having a comfortable bed and I've been getting incredible sleep here. I love when an Airbnb just does all the little things right it makes you want to keep coming back to that place, this is definitely one of them I highly recommend!

Very quiet and cozy place. There are employees on the lookout for what you need. What I did not like is that if you have visitors, they limit the visiting time to 15 minutes

Great place to go, next to a bar with very friendly people, just pull up a chair. a few minutes to downtown. laundry just a few steps away. Good food and drinks at the bar with good pricing. Mark's great to deal with and helps out whenever he can. He's been here a while so knowledgable about the PH if you have any questions. 10/10 would rent again.

Very nice place to stay at. Plenty of places to eat and enjoy during your stay. The boulevard was about a 20 minute walk. The main office personnel were very friendly the whole time I was there. The place itself is very large and I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen. I will be returning in the future.

I’ve stayed in several AirBnBs over the years, but Don’s place is by far one of the best. It’s clean, relaxing, and well-equipped. It has air-conditioning in all rooms. There’s also Netflix for entertainment, and the water pressure is strong. The entire place has a calming ambiance, the beds are very comfortable, and the pool gives it a resort-like feel. It’s a perfect spot for a staycation. Best of all, Don is friendly, accommodating and geneuinely welcoming.
