Beachfront holiday rental in Dumaguete

This was my second time staying at Juvys place and this was once again an amazing experience. Thank for having me and can’t wait to stay once again.

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the French Villa Santander, and it was a lovely experience. From the moment we booked, arrived and checked-out, the host and the caretakers ensured our comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodation made our stay truly relaxing and feeling home away from home. My family want to stay in this villa again. More so, the villa’s location is just a few minutes drive to Oslob Whale Shark Watching location. We highly recommend this place.

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. This beach house was pure magic! Angele was a superb communicator and made our stay extremely comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Also, don’t skip the host guide book! They absolutely nail all the best places to go and things to see in the area. We love, love, loved everything about this trip specifically because of this home :)

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

I love the place- beautiful and comfy, feels at home. Host is very friendly and responsive. Caretakers are so nice! Really recommend this place.

Karen est une hôte formidable, elle a été proactive et a rendu l’entrée des lieux facile. Elle répond hyper rapidement aux messages. Toutes ses recommandations valaient vraiment la peine. Le lieu est magnifique, très privé avec des vues splendides et des couchers de soleil incroyables! Proche des activités comme la visite des cascades ou la baignade dans des lagons magnifiques! Wilson vraiment aimable a su répondre à nos demandes. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute!

Jojo's Villa is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Waking up to the pool / ocean view is such a majestic experience. Beds are super comfy and house was well stocked. Jojo is very quick to reply to all questions. She coordinated a driver for us, Archie, who also served as our planning coordinator and local guide, recommend! We lucked out on the first night because Jojo and her family and friends were having a BBQ behind the main Bldg and we were welcomed in like family! My main goal for this trip was to show my kids the Filipino culture, and eating BBQ and singing karaoke with Jojo's family is as close as anyone can get to experiencing the culture. AC in the bedrooms worked very well, as did the hot water in the bathrooms. Quite a few resturants within walking distance and I felt safe walking around at all times. There was always someone in the pool area if I had a question. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to the staff-hugs! We really had an amazing trip and can't wait to come back!!

Super endroit propre et calme ou j’ai pu finalement bien dormir. A 7min seulement en moto du centre commercial, des meilleurs restaurants comme Mooon café et Melting-pot. La piscine était très propre. Les oreillers et matelas super confortable comme j’avais vue sur les photos. J’ai bien aimé aussi la pression dans la douche et l’eau chaude. Pas évident de trouver au philippines un endroit comme ça. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

Fantastic stay in Tyrone! Exceeded our expectations with its immaculate cleanliness, stylish decor, and thoughtful amenities. Tyrone, the host, was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent local recommendations, making our visit memorable. A 5-star experience all around!

The place is wonderful all the staffs are friendly and accommodating. Everything is clean and comfy. Great location too!!!! Specially for shore dive. They reply super fast and i love the host, shes really great and i love kuya marvin he really took care of me while i was there and took me to great dive spots and made sure i was safe. I really had a great time here!!!!!!!!

The location of the unit itself is great as there are lots of restaurants/stalls, and even a mall near the area. We were also able to take a walk along the seawall/beachline (if that's your thing). Even if there are a lot of activities that can be done around, it still is quiet and peaceful inside the unit. They had complete amenities inside the unit, as listed. Marcus and Ems are very responsive to our queries and resquests. They gave clear instructions from the check-in up to the checkout process. Will definitely book again the next time I'll be in Dumaguete.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen. Das Korallenriff liegt direkt am Strand. Es ist Schnorelausrüstung kostenlos erhältlich. Es liegt direkt neben einer Tauchschule. Fahrten zur traumhaften Insel Apo Island direkt vor Ort buchbar. Immer gerne wieder. Dauin ist eh eine tolle Location. Auch Ausfahrt nach Forest Camp bei Valencia gut machbar. Hausherr sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Essen direkt am Strand mit herrlichem Meerblick möglich. Günstiges Breakfast, Lunch und Dinner von der Speisekarte. Auch Karaoke möglich. Nice place! It is a small property with 4 domes. Private beach and restaurant. Didn’t try the bar but they offer bar service as well. The team do their best to make your stay comfortable. Unfortunately some day users of the facilities don’t share their dedication and left a lot of garbage on the beach. We had a good time picking it up with the kids who live there and had fun with some glow lights I had leftover from night diving. The team is really great’. They work hard and are very helpful. The beach at high tide has a sandy bottom but on low tide can be a. Bit rocky. But you will definitely enjoy it. Bring bug spray! Star gazing on the beach is a must.

we loved staying here at Clide's place. the rooms were quite clean and spacious. the pool is overlooking the ocean, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. the staff were very attentive to our needs, even after we asked to check out really early at 4am! i highly recommend Clide's place, will definitely stay here in again

We stayed in this apartment for 1 night on our way to Siquijor. Minche and her brother met us at the airport which was great. Very comfy bed and extremely clean with everything you need. Also in a great location near to many bars and restaurants. We walked to the port which took 20 minutes. Would recommend!

Great location with restaurants and a small mall nearby. This cozy apartment was great for our family while visiting Dumaguete! Kaye was a great host and was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be looking at staying here again on our next visit!

The accommodations are really clean and situated at a very prime location with lots of restaurants to choose from. The host, Jun, is very accommodating, responsive to chats, and very flexible to requests about the place. I booked one of his units late last year and 2 units recently. There is no doubt that I will recommend Jun's listing to friends and family.
