Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Duće

Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

We spent 6 days in Ivana's house. Ivana and Mirko were always super easy to reach. The house, the pool and the entire surroundings are really beautiful. Despite the fact that the house is on top of the mountain, you can get to the beach in 15 minutes and to Split in 30 minutes. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you will definitely find it in the beautiful house and property of Ivana. We were actually outside the whole time, as the pool house offers everything you need. We will definitely come back to Ivana. Thanks again for a great stay Luca

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We absolutely loved staying in Ivana and Toni’s Air bnb. The town of Splitska is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is perfect and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and we are hoping to return in the future.

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

Our family had the most wonderful week at Villa Lipa. Duje and his parents made us feel very welcome in their lovely house with the most magnificent view over the mountains. They always answered our questions fast and helped us regardless of what we needed assistants with. The house was lovely with the jacuzzi, and we appreciated that you had several different cozy places outside to hang in for dinner, drinks, breakfast, card games and barbeques. There was always a perfect spot. The garden was well kept, and we could even pick grapes and taste fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We could park the car just outside the house, you will need a car if you stay here but the beaches are still close and other attractions as well. Here we relaxed and had a wonderful stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Lipa any day.

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Vlado’s place was excellent! Had everything you could need and well situated. It’s an easy 20 min walk from the ferry and 5 mins away from a lovely beach with the clearest water. The local supermarket and restaurants are also short walks away and it is nice and quiet. A great place to stay ❤️

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

Beautiful view, comfortable beds and a super warm hostess. Milica lives with her family above the apartment and is immediately on the spot if you have a question. The journey with our car (very large and long) is a bit adventurous on the first day, but you get used to it very quickly. So it wasn't a problem for us. :) And the view is worth it 1000 times over! We had the entire lower area incl. Pool and whirlpool all to ourselves. We really enjoyed it. I loved sitting under the olive trees and looking out at the sea. Towels, bed linen, etc. were available. You have to bring your own bath towels. :) In about 7 minutes you can reach the first beach bar by car (here we saw dolphins) and in 5 minutes you can reach the city centre. Absolutely stunning view. Host Tom was there to greet us and show us our apartment. Everything was as described and recommendation for restaurant was excellent.Easy access via Uber. Fantastic stay at Villa Rosa and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend!!! The host has been amazing, great communication before we arrived and helped us decorate the house before we arrived to surprise our friend, as we were there for a hen do. Great space inside the house and outside. Pool area is very private despite the property being next to a shopping centre and main road. You would not think they were next to you. Very clean and tidy and loads of amenities. We’ve had a brilliant stay.

Vera and her husband Ivan have a gem of an apartment! Starting with check in, we arrived early and they let us check in! Ivan gave awesome recommendations that made a huge difference during our stay. The apartment has everything you need and the AC works great. It is a really easy walk into town (just note the walk back is uphill - but you can take Ubers right up to the house if you have mobility issues!) Overall, Vera and Ivan are excellent hosts and our group of 4 really enjoyed our stay! I would book again in a heartbeat (and we are picky travelers!)

The villa was on an amazing location with beautiful nature nearby. The villa stands on a steep hill but it is definitly worth it. The host was really nice and helped on multiple occasions when we needed help. The villa itself is very spacious and very nice to stay in. Overall we were totally satisfied with this amazing stay :)

There were three of us in the villa with our daughter. The villa is very well equipped (enough towels etc.) and is very clean. The location is fantastic and the villa has great sea views and there is an easy access to the sea. At night you could also hear the sea. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can just relax. We lacked nothing and everything was great and perfect. The communication with Ivana was great. We would definitely gladly come back.

I think Villa Lemo might be the nicest AirBnB we've stayed at. It was lovely and spacious for a family of 4, immaculately clean, and the outdoor space and pool were great. the neighbourhood is very peaceful, but only 10 mins walk to the harbour and old town. We're used to arriving at AirBnBs and having to go out almost immediately to buy toilet rolls, coffee etc - Sandra's place had everything we needed, including toiletries and beach towels, for our entire stay. Sandra and Tony were great hosts - they answered any questions really quickly, and otherwise we barely knew they were there, even though they live next door. Will definitely return if we ever find ourselves in Bol again!

Smooth process, there were no problems. We had a great time. The host was always easy to reach, responded quickly and was very friendly.

We absolutely had an amazing time at the villa. Anita and her family was very very sweet they picked us from middle as our uber dropped us , the house was super clean , they also welcomed us with local alcohol they produce. Very very responsive about everything like recommendations and helps. Fully recommend them if you want to enjoy a villa with pool, jacuzzi and BBQ and also want a peaceful time away from hustle bustle.

We are a family of five and had a lovely stay at Villa Anja. The village is peaceful with beautiful surroundings and a well-stocked local shop. There is a reliable local bus service but a car is advisable if you would like to travel around. Davor and Bruna are both very responsive with lots of advice and help if needed. We would highly recommend.

Zeljka was an extremly kind hostess and answered all our questions very fast. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this fantastic villa. Everything was fresh and clean and with plenty of things to do. Recommend this to everyone looking for a calm, relaxing, beautiful vacation.

Absolutely stunning place! Felt like staying in a castle or a really nice hotel that you have all to yourself! One thing to be aware of is for check-in. The address they give you is nearby, not the actual address of the place. Once you arrive, they will meet you and escort you to the place. This is to remove any confusion on finding the place. I would have liked to understand ahead of time that is what they were doing because it seemed weird when we arrived at the address and it was not what we expected. No big deal, just something to be aware of.
