Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The apartment is located on the third floor of a family house located across the street from the sandy beach in the village of Duće. It has a balcony and private parking. There are 3 A/C units in the apartment. It is possible to accommodate a total of 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years). Pets are allowed. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, cafes, a market, it is possible to rent a boat or jet ski. The town of Omiš, a tourist center with numerous amenities, is 2 km away.
