Das Objekt besteht aus 2 seperaten Zimmer, einem Duschbad sowie einem großen Waschraum im Souterrain eines Familienhauses. Im ersten Zimmer steht ein Bett (160x200). Auf Wunsch können wir für Sie ein weiteres Bett (100x200) im Schlafzimmer für 25,00 € pro Nacht aufstellen. Im zweiten Zimmer stehen Sofa, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, Sandwich Maker. Separater Eingang, Garten ,Kostenlose Parktplätze vor dem Eingang. Internet. This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

Forest property (2000 sqm) with wooden cabin (50 sqm). The property is wild and not cultivated. In the cabin there is central heating. In addition, it can be heated with a wood-burning stove. For professional handling there is a detailed description. Each wood basket costs EUR 10. Please leave the money in the hut. Bed linen/towels are included in the rental price. Relax on the most beautiful sandy beach along the Elbe and stay on a plot of about 6,000 square meters. Peaceful apartment on the Elbe island of Krautsand. Idyllic and quiet location on a former farm for 3 people. As a guest of our apartment, you have the opportunity to use the entire wellness(swimming pool and sauna) and fitness area in the hotel "Elbstrand" 2 minutes away per week.
