The old mill tower is located in a quiet detached house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a stream. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

In Loxstedt ( ca.7km ) gibt es einen Bahnhof,sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber auch in 4 Km,5 Autominuten. Grillmöglichkeit am Haus. Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Bitte hinterlasst die Wohnung besenrein. Mülltonnen befinden sich hinter dem Haus.

I am happy to pass on my cottage to people passing through or holidaymakers. It is centrally located in the village near the dike. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. Bed linen and towels included 3 bicycles (adults) + 1 children's 20-inch can be booked for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transport is within easy reach. My place is close to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Brake. Discounted VBN taxis can be ordered at fixed times. Downtown Bremen is about 30 minutes by car. Bremen Airport is about 40 minutes by car. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I can't rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.
