With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Next to the main entrance door, a kitchen door leads directly into the green courtyard. The terrace offers seating and a barbecue area. Behind the barn is the spacious garden with swimming pool.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people.
