Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Reno

This week/weeend was my first real experience with Airbnbs. We had a different one before staying at here, and it came with a few issues. This place, on the other hand, was a total game-changer. Incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early, extend our stay, and check out a bit later, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with useful cooking items, and the location was perfect for everything we needed downtown. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. My family and I are now fully convinced that Airbnbs can be a fantastic option—especially when hosted by someone as awesome as Michelle and Christine. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was my first time at an airbnb and I’m glad we stayed at Joanna and not a hotel. Came to Reno for UNR and there was a lot of back and forth and the rental was 10 min in either direction to food campus,shopping and night life. Main bed and bathroom was clean and had brand new towels, bedding and pillows. Plenty of extra blankets. Thermostat works well. Sofa bed not great, springs poking and poach light shines in. Kept it on cause was not going to park in the dark slanted back lot so parked on street. Weird stain on under mattress and someone’s personal items fell out when we pulled it out. Had to move coffee table to pull it out and left it out due to hassle of removing bedding. Kitchen felt like home and was equipped and even had completely distilled water, seasonings and coffee though questionable. Had to prewash dishes cause they were sticky and not put away clean. Appreciated the thorough information and instructions Joanna provided. Left a day early and no refund offered.

Came for a weekend wedding and the place was perfect for what we needed. Clean and quiet. Nice views of the mountains and city. Nice part of Reno next to the Truckee River. Would love to stay again if we find ourselves back up in Reno again.

Scott was an amazing host. Very friendly and informative. He knew all of the great restaurants and activities in the area. His place was within walking distance to everything restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. The home is very quiet, peaceful and safe. I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Mary's apartment! It's a nice spot to make a stop while you're travelling across this part of the US. The apartment is located in the basement of a house and has all the necessities. Mary is a fine host, friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you for the stay!

Our stay was amazing , the unit felt private located in an area where I truly felt safe.The surroundings were far away from the strip to have some peace and quiet but close enough at the same time. The place itself was clean and had everything you could need. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would most definitely like to come back again and enjoy the pool once it’s open.

Our week in Reno was perfect! Such a beautiful place in a great location. There was only one hiccup (couldn't use the dishwasher or washer/dryer), and Jennifer provided us with paper goods so we didn't have to do dishes, and quarters to use the building's laundry facilities. Above and beyond solutions to a problem she couldn't control! We enjoyed every minute in this apartment and highly recommend it.

The host was very helpful and communicative when I required some assistance. The apartment was clean and I never had any complaints about the neighbors or neighborhood. Plenty to do in the area and a decent jogging path along the river across the street.

The apartment space as described, the view through the large picture window is spectacular with views to the mountains. The bed was well appointed and very comfortable. USB Charger ready for the phones a plus. The apartment is tight using the frig, microwave and coffee maker but manageable. The apartment building and area is very dog friendly. We did bring our dog. The location is great with easy access to the park along the river. Downtown Reno just a short walk. Restaurants are everywhere within walking distance. The electronic keyless access made entrance and exit easy. Matt was extremely responsive and super nice. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for your gracious hospitality, Matt. 🥰

Excellent experience

Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

Great location and host was very responsive. Quickly arranged for a new coffee machine when the existing one was broken.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sibin's place. We were on a cross-country roadtrip and wanted to relax and cook our own food for a few days. Sibin was very helpful during check-in. He made sure he was available for any questions that came up during that time which I really appreciated. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the comfy space allowed us to just chill and relax. We would stay again. Thanks Sibin!

The host was incredibly kind and very helpful. They explained everything I didn’t know and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. They constantly checked if I needed anything, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone — you’ll be in great hands!
