Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Reno

This week/weeend was my first real experience with Airbnbs. We had a different one before staying at here, and it came with a few issues. This place, on the other hand, was a total game-changer. Incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early, extend our stay, and check out a bit later, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with useful cooking items, and the location was perfect for everything we needed downtown. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. My family and I are now fully convinced that Airbnbs can be a fantastic option—especially when hosted by someone as awesome as Michelle and Christine. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom setup was perfect for our family and extra guests—definitely a big plus. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Sacha’s place was perfect as my husband was in town for a basketball tournament at the Convention Center. The location and unit met all his needs!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Anne's place. It is absolutely wonderful. Her place is spotless. And as an added bonus, the beds are super comfy. We will definitely book again.

Nice little studio in the heart of midtown close proximity to anything and everything . Host are good people and were very accommodating.

We had a lovely stay at David's apartment. Check-in was easy, everything was well kept, clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooks the Truckee river with our morning coffee. We also enjoyed the walking trail along the river. We walked down to Idlewild Park for the farmer's market on Sunday and brought back good things to cook and eat. Going the other way on the trail with our bikes was a nice ride. We rode all the way up into the hills until we joined with the Steamboat Ditch trail and then went along that for several miles. The apartment is well located for other things as well. We were there for our son's PhD graduation at the University of Nevada and it worked well for that. Highly recommend this airbnb.

The apartment was clean and tidy. There were K cups and individually packaged creamer for us. It was great having a washer/dryer. The host left us tide pods and dryer sheets as well. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Not Your Mama’s Casita. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. Alynn was a fantastic host, very responsive. The extra amenities provided went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again!

Nice little Craftsman home within easy walking distance to the Reno River Walk and downtown. Convenient to the main streets to reach the freeway, as well. Very clean and comfortable.

The house was absolutely perfect—clean, quiet, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. From the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The neighborhood was peaceful, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. We were visiting my uncle who lives nearby, so the location couldn’t have been more convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home, which made our trip even more special. The owners were fantastic—super easy to get in touch with and incredibly responsive. Communication was clear, friendly, and timely, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' comfort. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town! :)

Great spot! Just what we wanted for a Reno reunion. Other than a minor fridge leak all was lovely.

Great value for the price! It was the perfect home for my visit to Reno! The home was as described and very well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed from making dinner to making cupcakes. Overall I was very happy with the home and would recommend, as well as return myself!

This was the perfect place for our family of 8. Plenty of space. The pool table was my kids favorite part. Easy to find, and easily accessible for all our in town activities. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Reno area.

My boyfriend and I came to Reno for a wedding and decided to stay here and it was definitely the right decision. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Check in was super simple. When walking in we were greeted by soft music playing, a pristine house, and beautiful views. Additionally the bathrooms were stocked with mini toiletries as well as makeup wipes, face masks, and eye masks. As someone who loves skincare I was very excited! Im honestly sad I was not able to stay longer. And finally, checking out was just as easy as checking in. Thank you so much for having us! I’d highly recommend staying here, it’s worth every penny!

Carolina was very prompt to any questions I had she was very accommodating. Her cottage style home was beautifully renovated very comfortable everything seemed so new! Great freeway access. Would stay again:)

This penthouse has an incredible view of the city! We enjoyed our stay and perfect location for the hot air ballon race and 10 min to the airport which helped us with our very early flight, thanks for everything!

Had a great stay here. Walkable to nearby restaurants and only ~ 10 minutes from the nearest casinos!

Friendly responsive hosts, and a wonderful location, make this our favorite place to stay while visiting Reno!

Very clean and comfortable apartment, really appreciated the in-unit laundry washer and dryer with All Free & Clear detergent (didn't have to worry about fragrances!). The neighborhood is still gentrifying. It was an easy drive to downtown/midtown and other locations around Reno.

Great place and located in the center of it all.

The condo is immaculate! Our stay was perfect, with the exception of the area. A homeless man tried to get into my daughter’s car while she was at the Stop sign.

Katrina is very responsive & helpful. Accurate information. Had some of the extras in the kitchen that are not always supplied such as foil & Ziplocs. Also plenty of hangers, full length mirror and a printer which was handy to print my one page item. The apartment is aged but has updates and is comfortable.

We had a very comfortable stay. The place was well furnished and clean. It was centrally located and it was very easy to get to the museums and midtown restaurants. Our host was very responsive to questions we had. We enjoyed our visit!
