Condo holiday rentals in Downtown, Reno

The host is very responsive. The condo was ok, one of the unit, floor was concrete. Would be nicer if it was wood/carpet floor.

Grant was an amazing host. Very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The Airbnb is super cute, comfy, and clean. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again :)

Our guests were completely satisfied with condo. I would not hesitate to contact you about this location again if needed.

I spent two months here, while moving to the area. Very comfortable, all that you need. The location is good for getting familiar with Reno. Everyone in the complex is friendly.

The place looked exactly like it did in the posting. Very clean and quiet. The beds have linens and blankets provided. The sofa beds do not. I read previous reviews so came prepared with sleeping bags.

I was extremely pleased with everything, and plan on returning. This area is absolutely gorgeous, and the stay was outstanding.

The Airbnb was a great first experience for me and my wife. Grant was a great host, he made sure we had all the things we needed. He was very accommodating even when our plans changed last minute. We loved this condo, it was clean and comfortable! The patio had a high fence and felt very private. It was so nice to sit outside in the evenings. We hope this space is available next time we're in town!

It was everything I needed for the 2 nights in Reno with my friends. Decent neighborhood, and we ate at Beefys right down the street which was amazing.

This is a property created and built specifically for ABNB purposes and the owners have all the ingredients plus thoughtful touches throughout. Wi-Fi was rated (ookla) at 350 Mbps, there are two smart tvs in the unit, large refrigerator, a great stove, as well as a washer and drier. At Majid's place we found the most comfortable super foam memory beds (two of them), and though theres only one bedroom the couches in the living room can be easily provide extra bedding.Very enjoyable stay without issues, to be repeated if the occasion arises.

Grant was a great host. I would recommend him and his place to anyone wanting a great place with a great owner. Thanks again.

Great and peaceful place to stay when staying in Tahoe. Instructions very clear on how to store ski equipment. Beautiful fireplace to heat the room. Well-stocked kitchen.

We could have asked to meet a nature human and down to earth host: She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and confident: in spite her work schedules, she was very much reachable and responded promptly . We will definitely use her place again when next in town and it is available; warmest regards to a great human.

Was clean and the AC was amazing. Check in was great. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. Lots of space. Bad area of town.

Started out rough, first the instructions to get in werent clear. Eventually we got in and the place was beautiful but cold. The remote for the gas fireplace was missing when we got there so there was no heat. I comtacted Vacasa and got it fixed even though it was very late when we got in. The home was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the decorations, especially the squirrel.

The stay was great. It was actually better than what we expected. The location was great close to everything we wanted to see. The check in was easy and the service was great. Jeff in front remembered us the next day. It felt very good. The suite was spacious enough for our kids. They loved it. It even has a washer and drier which helped so much with my toddler who is still potty training. It was a wonderful experience. Lori was great and quick to answer us. Great host.

Perfect place to stay if you want to ski/snowboard at Northstar! Reasonable price, clean, had good amenities, and quiet. Would definitely recommend to others!

We stayed five weeks. We were there for medical reasons. The unit is well located, minutes from all major medical facilities, minutes from a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls. Lots of younger people in building that is very close to the university. The building is older, and all the tenants/residents we met were very friendly. The unit is very well maintained and equipped with all the necessities of home. We are looking forward to staying there again when we return to Reno for the next round of medical procedures.

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The kitchen was well equipped with cooking ware and utensils. Driving distances to the grocery store and restaurants. I didn't take advantage of it but you also get beach passes! We would stay here again but I wish they would heat the pool. It was colder than the lake.

Teya’s place was a perfect location to get to Tahoe palisades! The place was clean and decent space for 2 people!
