We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. This leads to stairs to the first floor, this will be solely for guests. This area consists of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom and a third smaller room to prepare and heat food, dine and watch TV. This first floor will be totally private to visiting guests during their stay.
