Fernando is very attentive, helpful and kind. The apartment is cozy, it has everything, the only thing access to the house has a very steep slope but no problem because the car is well, anyway it has a parking lot a little below where you can leave it so you can not climb it up, we would certainly repeat.

We really enjoyed Manuela´s place. The garden is amazing and my kids and I enjoyed the pool and the trampoline very much. Double check the directions if you use Google maps because the GPS led me to a non-accessible road by car. Manuella helped me over the phone and I was able to find the place safely. Manuela was extremely nice and also let me check out later which was very convenient for me. Although the apartment is very small, specially the bathroom and not very comfortable we had a great stay because of the garden and common areas and the hospitability of Manuela.

Thank you Both for accommodating us at such short notice we both appreciated it... you have a wonderful place here in Central Portugal full of character and charm. The house is a credit to you both, it’s a pity it was such a short stay but we will definitely love to stay again for a longer vacation next time.

The stay was perfect, Carmen was very nice and offered to help us in everything I could. In addition, they have a rich wine that they make themselves, and we buy them some eggs for breakfast, from their own chickens. The house is very cool and has beautiful gardens, in the middle of the countryside between vineyards. It is very close to the beach and very well connected. We went to a festival in Vilaxoán and loved the experience. In short, highly recommended and, if we return to the area, we will repeat, for sure.

My wife and I were on a weekend for an event we were going to in Avila and although we didn't have too much time, the whole process was excellent from booking to our departure. Communication and directions were excellent at all times, the apartment as described and Luis' treatment perfect upon our arrival. The apartment is ideal to enjoy Avila where you can walk anywhere. Parking is available in the area in total freedom. I recommend this apartment for its location and peace and for the deal with the owners who were very kind

I went with some friends and the truth was that it was a very quiet weekend that was what we were looking for. I would recommend it

Ivan welcomed us and was always attentive to us. He told us about a restaurant nearby and things to do. We liked the pool and the terrace a lot and we have no complaints. We will definitely repeat

I enjoyed staying here for 2 nights. It's in the middle of a very quiet neighborhood. The only downside is almost everything requires a bus ride. I highly recommend this Airbnb for short stays.

I slept here with my daughter for 2 nights. We were very satisfied with the cottage, all you need is there. From here you can go to many places, both walking and by car. Steven is easy to reach and very helpful without being in the foreground. Private guaranteed. Highly recommended!

Thank you, I enjoyed my short stay in Valladolid. I particularly liked your cosy mini garden/terrace. Otherwise, very tasteful and loving furnishings. The provision of a small breakfast is also exceptional. Access is via an app, which was ideal for me, as I only arrived in the middle of the night, but that was no problem at all.
