Quiet place. Great for getting out of the city and distracting your mind. I slept very well, no noise. Whirlpool works well. Only microwave and barbecue so I took my portable electric oven to cook.

A truly memorable stay. The landscape was breathtaking — wildflowers, birdsong, horses, and morning mist over the valley created a dreamlike atmosphere. The spa facilities and infinity pool, set against stunning views, were especially restorative. The cabin is compact but surrounded by natural beauty. We loved waking to the sounds of birds and nearby waterfall — simply idyllic. There was occasional noise from grounds maintenance, but it didn’t detract too much from the overall impression. The host was communicative and flexible with our arrival time. Thoughtful touches like the welcome wine and chocolate cake made us feel right at home. Everything was smooth and easy, and we found some fantastic local restaurants. The surrounding area is full of charm, with quiet walks, friendly people, and views we’ll never forget. We spent our days exploring and simply soaking it all in. This place made us fall in love with Portugal — we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you!

This is a stunning place secluded away from anything nearby. Great for a retreat to be restful, listen to nature and admire the beautiful horses. Cheila was an incredible host, super responsive to any questions or comments and gave us some beautiful lemons from her tree. The house is really well throughout and all amenities are included. There is so much to say about Pilar’s mountain retreat! It’s a quick 1.5 hour drive from Madrid. Her space is pure peaceful bliss with every detail thought of! Our group enjoyed playing games, watching movies on the projector screen and running and playing with our dog in the lush yard! He was in pure heaven! Segovia is a short 35 minute drive from her place. The beds were comfortable with great linens and wonderful pillows. Pilar has fluffy luxury towels and robes to enjoy. Pilar had gifts for us and the dog and everything you could possibly think of to feel comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful with a river right in front of the house where we could hear the sounds of water rushing. The grounds of the house are beautiful with roses, beautiful trees and gorgeous landscaping. Pilar was an incredible host making sure we were happy with everything! I recommend her place. It would be a magical place to visit in the colder months as well. We would love to return!

Jesús' estate is fantastic surrounded by plants that his parents cultivate with great care and a small garden that you can also enjoy, the pool is wonderful with warm water... A great place to relax and enjoy the tranquility in those very comfortable hammocks under the shade of the trees. Perfect for any type of trip. With a lot of routes around (we didn't but the tenants of the other house yes). Very quiet place

we loved it, very quiet, very nice, we rested a lot, it is advisable to do the shopping before arriving as celsa recommends, we would definitely return.

It's an incredible place😍 to fully enjoy nature, sleep with the sound of the river in the background and wake up with the beautiful view of the trees. It's spectacular. The cabins are beautiful. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool. Manuela is a wonderful host, attentive, very kind and close. We felt at home. I'll definitely repeat the experience.

Great view and privacy!

Perfect home for a few days of rest with friends or family! Spacious, well cared for and with lots of green spaces. Access to the house is simple and the property is not far from the centre of Braga, which makes it easy to get around and access supermarkets and other services.

A quiet place, in the middle of nature and with a charming cabin. We felt very comfortable, and very happy with Carlos's treatment, always attentive and worried if we were at ease. A full-fledged host, we had good memories and can't wait to come back. Everything was very clean and equipped with everything you need.

Magic Getaway in the Northern Portugal Mountains This was our second time staying at this incredible log cabin, and it certainly won’t be our last. The moment you arrive, you’re enveloped by the beauty of nature, the fresh mountain air, and the cozy, welcoming vibe of the cabin. The cabin itself is spotless, well-equipped, and designed to make you feel at home from the moment you step inside. The warm wooden interiors, crackling fireplace, and breathtaking views from every window are like something out of a dream. The outdoor spaces are equally enchanting—whether you’re sipping coffee on the porch, enjoying the serene surroundings, or stargazing at night, every moment feels special. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, just as they did the first time. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel truly cared for.

Conchi and Javi were very kind and thoughtful. Javi provided us with very useful information for our hiking routes to come out of 10. It's a beautiful area that we've enjoyed a lot of. The cabin is in a quiet area and has been great above all to enjoy with the little one in the house.

It was great! The cabin is small and cozy. Everything you need to stay without feeling overwhelmed. We were a couple and a dog and the space and utensils etc was perfect. Upon arrival he attended and explained everything Luis (5 stars also for his work) and we had good communication at all times with him and Alberto. Our dog made very good crumbs with his (Drago) and they had a great time. We will repeat without a doubt, we stay eager to use the patio!

As always, a success for a few days of rest and disconnection. Ada and her husband always paying attention to everything and putting all the facilities in the world

We had a great time at José's house, in the mountains. The river is only a five-minute walk away and we were also able to relax in the garden. They even prepared a small pool for the children. José and Libertad were very kind, they introduced us to the cats and made us feel at home. They gave us recommendations on places to visit and where to shop. We highly recommend staying here.

It looks like a luxury mountain retreat. The location is ideal for many routes as it is in the heart of Caourel and the cabin is perfect for connecting with nature. I'll recommend it and I'll be back. Olga is always very attentive to our needs.

Really recommend Vitor’s place: few minutes outside Coimbra and in the middle of the nature. Very good conditions as described in the details - it is even better than what it looks like in the pictures. Self-check and communication also easy. The only drawback is the access to the property with the car: if you don’t have a fairly high car, you might get stuck or scratch your car trying to get inside. Apart from that, everything is perfect!

Good stay, super calm location, the animals are fantastic, docile, the cabin is very beautiful, the kitchen was beautiful, a great adventure cooking outdoors, we loved it, once again addictive, the peace and tranquility, we stayed in 2 cabins and loved it, good to escape from the everyday life of the city, we will return
