Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Douro River

Ubicación perfecta para disfrutar del centro de Madrid. Nos encantó el piso, se llega caminando a todas partes. La comunicación con Rodrigo fue perfecta y siempre atento. El piso precioso, tal cual las fotos, es amplio. Sin duda, es un piso a recomendar y lo consideraremos cuando regresemos a Madrid. 10/10

What an amazing stay!!!!! The apartment could not be in a better location with what must be the most amazing views of Porto. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable Marcelo was so helpful every step of the way. Could not recommend this spot more highly :)

We stayed at Janika’s Patio for two nights at the end of our Portugal trip. The place was so comfortable and spacious (even tho it didn’t look like it from the outside, so kudos to the designer!). Teresa was very proactive. She reached out to me with clear instructions for check-in and check-out, accompanied by videos and digital booklet containing info about every practical we need (including great activities and restaurant recommendations). The property was clean and well-located, within walking distance to every landmarks we visited. It is also surrounded by cafes and restaurants, which makes it convenient for brunch and late dinner. Thank you for the hospitality! Ps. The welcome chocolate cake was absolutely sweet and amazing!

Really enjoyed staying here. Was only 15 minutes walk from the centre of Porto but also had some really vibrant restaurants nearby (recommend Bar Rua for tapas and live music!). The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very good quality, with crisp linen. Coupled with blackout shutters lead to us having great sleeps. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the coffee, tea, oils, water (and port!) left to welcome us really helped. The hosts were very good at communicating regarding check in etc, plus also during the nationwide power cut that we were there for. They made sure we knew what was going on, and that they were available if we needed any help, which was much appreciated. Would stay again :)

Our family loved Maria’s place! The location could not have been better - a quiet, picturesque street walking distance of everything. The view was stunning from every room, and we were able to come back and forth from sightseeing and meals very easily. The elevator was also a welcome amenity after walking up Porto’s hills! Maria was extremely kind and helpful, and we loved chatting with her. The beds were comfortable (including the fold out couch!), and the apartment had everything we needed. We highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this charming apartment in the heart of Porto! Tucked away on a historic stone street with no cars, it had tons of old-world charm, yet the apartment itself was fully modern and beautifully decorated. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—from a well-stocked kitchen with a Nespresso machine to thoughtful touches like electrical adapters. The location was perfect—close to everything and very walkable. Claudia was a wonderful host: super helpful, responsive, and provided great local tips. We even had a local cat visit our balcony a few times, which was a fun bonus! The only issue was the dryer—it didn’t quite dry our clothes, even with the instructions, but Claudia kindly offered to come help. We ended up air-drying, which worked fine. Overall, a fantastic stay. We’d definitely come back!

Ana is an outstanding host. From the outset, her friendliness and kindness really stood out. She was incredibly responsive and provided us with all the information we needed. The AirBnB is exactly as described and looks just like her photos. Our family of 4 adults had everything we needed for our stay. Most importantly for us, Ana's AirBnB was in the perfect location for visiting all the major sites. And while Madrid is a very walkable city, staying in the center of the city made our trip SO much more enjoyable. In addition to the local sites, there are many great restaurants within just a 10-15 minute radius. I very highly recommend Ana's AirBnB :)

A very comfortable place, three bedrooms, four beds, two full bathrooms, very equipped kitchen, washer, TVs, everything you need for your stay. Lurdes is wonderful, great proactive communication and responsive, very kind person. The house is in a very quiet street with small and nice restaurants just a block away. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in São Romão or Seia area. Thanks to Lurdes for being so attentive and letting us stay at your very nice place.

O alojamento é simplesmente encantador! Desde o momento em que entramos, sentimos uma atmosfera acolhedora e cheia de charme. Os espaços bem organizados e o ambiente perfeito para relaxar após um dia de passeios. A decoração é um destaque à parte. Cada detalhe foi claramente pensado com cuidado, combinando estilo e funcionalidade de forma impecável. Os elementos decorativos trazem uma personalidade única ao espaço, sem exageros, criando uma sensação de lar longe de casa. O anfitrião, por sua vez, merece todos os elogios. Extremamente atencioso e simpático, garantiu que nossa estadia fosse perfeita, respondendo prontamente às nossas dúvidas e oferecendo ótimas dicas sobre a região. Este é, sem dúvida, um lugar que recomendaríamos a qualquer pessoa em busca de uma experiência memorável e confortável.

We hebben met 12 personen een lang weekend verbleven in de accomodatie van Marcos. Er was meer dan voldoende ruimte, alles was netjes , schoon en fris. De kamers zijn mooi en de algemene tuin met mooi uitzicht op de brug en oceaan is erg mooi en in de ochtend al volop zon. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader! Supermarkt/winkel is onder aan de boulevard en met nostaligische trein of uber sta je voor enkele euro's in het centrum van Porto.

Simplesmente um primor de espaço! Casa ampla, impecável, cuidadosamente pensada para o conforto do hóspede. Os anfitriões foram muito solícitos ao nos ajudar com imprevistos que tivemos pela cidade, sempre de forma muito amigável. Recomendo tanto pelo espaço quanto pelos anfitriões!

En plein centre, on peut faire mieux placé. Comme d'autres commentaires, il faut accepter être près des bars environnants et donc la fête continue dans la nuit ;-)

Un alojamiento acogedor y tranquilo. Fue estupendo para ir con nuestra perrita, pues la zona es ideal para pasear. La plaza de garaje es un punto a favor también. Muchas gracias!!!

La casa es inmejorable, el trato de gestión magnífica, la capacidad de escucha activa y la flexibilidad maravillosas. Si añadimos la ubicación a 20 segundos caminando del balneario, para mí lo tienen todo. Voveremos!

Disfrutamos de unos días geniales en el apartamento de Pepa! El espacio fue perfecto para nosotros y nos sirvió de un excelente punto de partida para disfrutar Madrid. Pepa es genial! Nos trató como amigos desde un inicio y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias y hasta la próxima!

El apartamento muy bonito y espacioso para una pareja va super bien. El edificio y los alrededores un encanto total, las vistas y los jardines hermosos. También estaba super limpio el alojamiento.

estuvimos muy cómodos, cerca del casco antiguo con solo cruzar el puente romano, 5 min a pie, y muy tranquilo no se escuchaba ni un ruido x la noche. Una zona con aparcamiento gratis en la calle aunque el apartamento cuánta con plaza de garaje. tiene todo lo necesito para pasar unos días . lo recomiendo

La relación calidad precio buenísima. Un lugar tranquilo, seguro y espacioso. Coral fue muy amable y atenta conmigo.

Li's was helpful, thoughtful, and kind. The apartment was clean and pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bath was spacious and spotless. We could easily walk or use one of the nearby metro stops to explore Madrid. Thanks very much for sharing your apartment with us!

Pasamos diez días y ha sido como estar en nuestra propia casa . La casa perfecta, el método de acceso mediante el código,es perfecto, da privacidad y libertad tanto a la entrada como a la salida. El sitio es muy tranquilo y tienes cerca playas y sitios de interés para visitar. La piscina privada está muy bien y la limpieza perfecta a diario al igual que el jardín. Viajábamos con dos perritos y han disfrutado mucho del jardín y el entorno. Graca ha sido muy amable y pendiente por si necesitábamos algo. Lo recomiendo al cien por cien.
