The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Die großzügigen, weiten Wohnräume schaffen behaglichen Raum. Die Panoramavilla hat insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eines im EG und eines im OG sowie ein Gäste-WC. Hiking and biking tours start right at the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance, 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The most beautiful ski resorts (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.
