The villa is located at the center of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the harbor worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage City, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , island Poel or Kühlungsborn.

The 35 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen with dishwasher and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people. The facilities also include WiFi (new from 07.11.2023 via GIGA Cube 5G // ideal for Netflix & Amazon Prime) and a TV. A baby crib and high chair are also available.

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
