It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The house is located among the pines, it is totally independent and reserved for our guests as well as the small garden and parking. It is 2 km from the village of St Marcel d'Ardèche, land of art and history: Medieval villages, crocodile farm, Gorges de l'Ardèche, Caverne du Pont d'Arc or Chauvet Cave or Viarhôna. Not far from Orange, Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, Pont du Gard or Nîmes. We are very close to many festivals.

The "Les Pierres Hautes" gîte is an independent accommodation adjoining our house: an old rehabilitated stone barn. The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage. For your comfort: Beds are made on arrival, we provide towels, as well as practical products such as salt, pepper, oil...
