The 160 cm bed is a sofa bed with a mattress confort.Terrasse+coin private garden, barbecue, access to the patio with a 4 m by 2.5 m masonry hot tub with 14 waterfall nozzles. This space is shared. Apartment in the middle of Viviers

In Viviers, a city with remarkable heritage, it is located less than an hour from the Ardèche gorges and its Chauvet cave. Also less than 20 minutes from Montélimar and its nougat, Pierrelatte with its crocodile farm. If you are a business traveler, it is 25 minutes from the Cruas Nuclear Power Plant and 20 minutes from the Tricastin nuclear sites. A little extra about the apartment is that it is in a secure residence where you will be quiet for a while.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

This quiet and modern accommodation is less than 300 m from all amenities; Super U store, pharmacy, tobacco-press, restaurant, park and children's playground, municipal swimming pool. You are also very close to the center of the old medieval village of Châteauneuf-du-Rhône. You can discover the region by taking advantage of the many hikes and the ViaRhôna located 900 m away, ideal for bike rides. A7 Highway, Montélimar Sud exit, within 10 minutes.
