Private outdoor access: semi-covered pool, jacuzzi in the caves and shaded summer kitchen. An unusual, peaceful and charming place, with no neighbours overlooking. Extra beds can be added to accommodate a total of 18 people. The large house is occupied by the owners, who keep a very low profile.

To visit the hilltop villages: La Garde Adhémar, Clansayes, Saint Restitut, as well as the markets of Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, less than an hour away the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont du Gard, the crocodile greenhouse, the gorges of Toulourenc, the castles of Grignan, Suze la Rousse, Mont Ventoux (visible from the terrace). The owner lives next door.

The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

We thought of this place as a family home: we live on site in a part of the Bastide with our three daughters and we have created 3 independent cottages with kitchens. Your cottage has independent access, a private terrace and access to the salt pool (shared) and the landscaped Mediterranean garden (dedicated to guests). It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
