Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…

You'll love this magical and quirky place getaway with river views and private beach. The mill was renovated with poetry to foster an atmosphere of peace and sweetness. Perfect for a moment hanging from the cradles of the waves of nature. This mill is also located right next to the Greenway, Dolce Via, perfect for wild walks or bike rides. The place is close to a small supermarket and local markets.

Ce logement parfaitement situé à l'entrée du village, devant la rivière, offre un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités. On est juste à l'entrée du cœur du village en saison estivale ça peut être très animé ! Si vous cherchez le calme privilégiez une loc. en campagne. Attention bien comprendre que Le canapé est un 2e ou 3e couchage mais d'appoint.
