Stephanie is a very friendly host, I was warmly welcomed and the apartment is quite, spacious and well organized. Definitely worth it.

we were there for one night in transit. very nice apartment, comfortable beds! modernly furnished. we felt comfortable. In the immediate vicinity, however, there is nothing, no bakery, no shop, etc. You can probably make day trips from there.

Very nice place in a great location We enjoyed our stay! The location is really nice and ideal for relaxing. There are great cafes and restaurants in the area that are within easy walking distance – some even with self-service drinks and the option to bring your own food and eat on site. The layout of the accommodation is particularly practical: if you book both the ground floor and the upper floor, it is perfect for two to three families. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. We will be happy to come back!

We were only in the apartment for one weekend and most of the time on the road and everything was perfect for that. Also certainly very pleasant for longer stays, especially the cookware was significantly better than with other hosts. It could only be a few more plates, knives, forks, but that's a high level of complaining. All in all great!

We felt right at home in the apartment. We were greeted very kindly and slept very well. The bed is super comfortable and the location to the back is very quiet. We lacked nothing and we would come back anytime 🥰

We had a wonderful weekend in Sandra and Markus' apartment. Both welcomed us warmly and had many valuable tips for our stay. The apartment is generously proportioned, bright, offers a view of the garden, offers retreat options with the two bedrooms and has its own entrance. We were able to eat wonderfully in the garden, explore the beautiful landscape on walks and taste delicious wines. We would come back back!! We had a great stay at Dominik's. We rode our bikes there and were able to store them outside at the property which was very private and felt secure. We walked to the nearby supermarket. Note it is 15 minutes out of the old town so we didn't sightsee (too tired) the evening we stayed (apart from locking ourselves out on the balcony). We are very grateful to Dominik's Dad for so promptly coming to our rescue! The apartment is new, well equipped and comfortable!

My second stay was like the first - super pleasant and uncomplicated! The apartment offers everything for a pleasant overnight stay in Wiesbaden. I'd love to come back.

Beautiful large garden and terrace. We had a nice weekend and had a lot of fun with the table tennis table. Elias is very friendly and responded quickly to messages. Thanks and maybe see you soon!

We were 4 adults in the accommodation for a weekend from Friday to Sunday. From there, we started cycling tours in the area. The communication in advance went great, check-in and (also check-out) were handled super flexibly and very kindly by the host's mother. The kitchen is super equipped, with everything your heart desires and there is a small basic set of groceries. We didn't cook anything except breakfast, but after what we saw, that wouldn't have been a problem for 4 people at all. The rooms were all sparkling clean. There were plenty of bed linen and towels and the bathroom with rain shower caused general enthusiasm for us. In the evening, we sat on the spacious terrace overlooking the garden to end the day. The environment is absolutely quiet, you can sleep with the window open. We were able to park and charge our e-bikes in the garden. Highly recommended accommodation.

María and Helmut are great hosts, excellent human beings, we felt at home, with friends, who helped us and collaborated with us enormously. We gave our mother the family weekend as a gift for her 75th birthday. After we had mastered the 75 steps, we were rewarded with the great view from the living room. We were also very happy about the welcome basket. The house is lovingly furnished and looks exactly like the photos. We immediately felt comfortable and we didn't lack anything. In nice weather, we would have liked to use the garden with the loungers - unfortunately, it was too humid. We would come back.

The stay in the Winzereck was fantastic! The house is spacious and comfortably furnished, stylishly modernised. Everything you need is on site: towels for the bathroom and kitchen, tabs for the dishwasher, coffee pods for the coffee machine, the kitchen is excellently equipped overall. The beds are very cozy and we highly recommend the accommodation.

Really great apartment! Spacious, beautiful - also the decor, well equipped, cozy,. The location is great if you want to be in the middle of the city and that's what we wanted. All sights and a lot of gastronomy within walking distance. You step out the door and find yourself in a pedestrian zone in the middle of the bustling street life.(1 bedroom at the back is very quiet.) We would rent the apartment again at any time.

Staying in Dagmar's place was an absolute pleasure. We were met on arrival by Dagmar's husband who could not have been more helpful. We were shown the apartment and ended up chatting with him for quite some time! This man is an absolutely fantastic host and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. Absolutely would not hesitate to return here and would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Mainz! The train station and a bus stop for the bus into Mainz centre are both within 5-10 minutes walk. A beautiful apartment that is spotlessly clean and very spacious yet homely 😊

We had a great experience communicating with Marc—he was responsive, helpful, and ensured a smooth stay. His mother personally met us and assisted with check-in, making our arrival even more welcoming. Finding the location took a bit of time initially, especially when traveling by car. If you’re driving, you can get closer to Kiosk Paris, though we weren’t sure how far we could take the car. That said, the property is right in the center, conveniently located next to the bridge. Parking at Cityhouse Parking Mühlenstraße worked perfectly for us—walkable, clean, and reasonably priced at around €12-13 per day. The house features automated lighting, from the kitchen to the washrooms, which added a nice touch. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-cooking, making it easy to prepare meals. Overall, it’s great value for money. Let me know if you’d like any further refinements!

My stay at this apartment was just perfect! The apartment was not only super clean but also superbly equipped. I especially liked the bathroom – it was modern, well-maintained, and very inviting. The entire equipment left nothing to be desired, from the kitchen to the cozy living room. The safety precautions have also calmed me down very much, you feel completely safe here. I immediately felt comfortable and highly recommend this place!
