There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

Fantastic apartment with 66m² in the middle of Neu-Ulm on the Danube for rent. The apartment is fully furnished and can be occupied by 4 people. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be extended to a 2m x 1m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is open to all guests!

The modern, bright apartment (90m2) is located in the centre of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast cafe is right in front of the house. You can drive to Ulm and the science city in 15 minutes by car, and 15 minutes to Legoland. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a Panoramic view over the Swabian Alb. Business travelers will appreciate the close proximity to local businesses such as CARL ZEISS, HENSOLDT or LEITZ. A reserved parking space is available in the adjacent parking lot.

The apartment (53sqm) is located in the basement of our newly built house, has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedrooms with double bed and sofa bed, as well as a sofa with sleeping function in the living room.
