Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking

You will stay in a nice old town house in the middle of the historic city center of Oettingen. All restaurants and bakeries are within walking distance, and parking is also nearby. The apartment is on the first floor. It has a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.
