New cabin with high standards in quiet surroundings. Located at the end of a cabin field with no transit traffic, it's just as good for families as it is for the group of friends. There is a car road all the way up to the cabin throughout the year, and good parking. This is a perfect starting point for trips in Jotunheimen and the surrounding mountain areas. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail just behind the cabin, and you can take on alpine skiing just outside the cabin door and run to the alpine resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

Strandheim, pantry in a farm environment in Lesja

The farm Strandheim is located 532 meters above sea level in Kjøremsgrende, in the very south of the mountain village Lesja. The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. The river Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås, among others. You have the storage room for yourself. We now offer breakfast baskets with everything you need for a good start to the day. NOK 125 per person. Must be ordered the day before by 7 pm

We live on a small farm with pets and a kitchen garden. On the outskirts of the yard on the farm there is a detached house from 1979. The house is family friendly and has a great view. It has 5 bedrooms and associated common rooms. With nature reserves and national parks around us on all sides, it is a good starting point to spend your vacation here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a mountain valley with free-range livestock and a rich plant and animal life. It is part of the Tour de Dovre cycling route.

Are you visiting the mighty Romsdalen and want a unique experience where a little bit of comfort meets raw, Norwegian nature? Now you have the chance. Enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of high peaks, starry skies and the morning sun that wishes both you and the wildlife, which is close by, a good day. The dome is undisturbed and idyllically located just off the salmon river Isa. Here you will find a seating area, fire pit and sun loungers. Today you are welcome to wake up in uniquely restored and protected timber houses in the heart of living cultural landscapes, mountain homes and farms. Bellestugu is a beautiful, historic farmhouse on Lesja. Restored and set up as part of the courtyard at Brendjordsbyen in 2021.

The historical farm Nigard Kvarberg is beautifully located with a panorama view of Jotunheimen, in the middle of the vibrant and authentic cultural landscape of the mountain village Vågå. You will stay in Øverstuggu, one of about 50 buildings in the historical Kvarberg farm. The first floor is preserved as it was when the house was built, while the second floor is renovated securing our guests a comfortable stay. Welcome to farm!
