This is a former cabinetmaker's shop, completely renovated with excellent service. Mont Saint-Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinard and Dinan are about 20 minutes from this picturesque little town. You will enjoy the shops on the main street, the diverse Saturday morning market and the breathtaking view of Mont-Dol over the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.

Built sometime in 1800 on the edge of the small village of Vieux-Viel in Brittany, this wonderful old schoolhouse stands in a large garden, surrounded by nature in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel / Emerald Coast. Lovingly renovated and modernised, environment friendly and contemporary. The house offers a special living experience. The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature.

Enjoy a bright townhouse with the possibility of parking a vehicle in front of the house or in the nearby car park. All shops within walking distance (bakeries, butchers, tobacconists, grocery stores ...see my guide ), bus station and SNCF. Very well equipped accommodation. Flexible hours only upon request except Sundays. Requests for refunds for off-price cancellations are no longer negotiable.

The independent entrance is on the gable of the farmhouse. A parking space is waiting for you. Bedroom with 160 bed. We will be happy to welcome you during a trip for your work, weekend, vacation. Welcome to Instant Récup'! Adjoining our house, come and enjoy a charming sub-plex, independent, fully equipped, accompanied by its small nature corner and its loggia. Our accommodation is close to 4 roads and bus stops (5 min walk) to Rennes, TER station 22 min walk. We will be at your disposal for any other request.

The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
