The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. This cozy studio, next to our home is closed to the down town and the train station. Dol is ideally located between Mont St Michel, Dinan, Cancale and St-Malo : it is an ideal starting point to visit the region, the main tourist sites are about 20/25 mn away It's next to the sea ( 7 km)! The walls of the house being very thick, the studio is perfectly isolated phonically. The bedding 2 people is new. In Dol, you will find supermarkets, crêperies and restaurants.
