The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

An enchanting 19th-century cottage nestled in the heart of Dittisham, and renovated to a superb standard. Its modern styling blends effortlessly with its homely charms. The living area features a wood-burning stove with comfy seating in warm Vermilion. Mealtimes are a joy in the well-equipped kitchen in striking ultramarine blue. The double bedroom has captivating views of Mill Creek. The second bedroom has two single beds. The family shower room makes for a refreshing start to the day.

This is a charming cottage in a location to die for! This heavenly abode is one of a few properties on 'The Quay' in Dittisham with stunning uninterrupted views across the River Dart. Wake up to the chorus of seagulls and watch boats glide by as you eat breakfast on the water's edge. Take a stroll through the stunning Devon countryside or hop on a boat for a river adventure. And when you're ready, head to Dartmouth to explore the maze of shops, chic boutiques and restaurants.

Smugglers Cottage

A peaceful and picturesque 4 bedroom thatched cottage, situated on the banks of the river Dart in the beautiful South Devon village of Dittisham. At high tide you can enjoy sailing to your door (or paddle boarding!) and fishing from the terrace. At all times of day, and in all seasons, you can take in the comings and goings of boats, canoes and the fantastic local wildlife, including the inquisitive seals who sometimes pop up right by the terrace to get a closer look at guests!

The spectacular Seal house sits right on the water in Dittisham near Dartmouth. Offering architect designed accommodation for up to 7, our guests enjoy spacious open plan living, an Indoor pool and wooden hot tub with panoramic views of the River Dart. The guest will have their own private space behind a gated entrance, and can enjoy unwinding in the peaceful countryside setting. This is the perfect place to relax and let life’s stresses melt away.

Positioned near the stunning Blackpool Sands, South Devon, our shepherd's hut 'Sea Thrift' is a charming and cosy place to stay for 2 people. It is an ideal location for exploring beaches, beautiful coastal walks and the nearby town of Dartmouth. Sea Thrift is completely off grid and is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty by Blackpool Sands, on the South West Coast Path. It lies on the edge of the village of Stoke Fleming.

Plenty to do in the area, Dartmoor less than 40 minutes away, and several beautiful beaches within 15 minutes drive. We will put a few goodies in the fridge so you can relax straight away too, but plenty of local restaurants and cafes that we are happy to recommend.
