The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Cottage by the dike in Balje region

Immerse yourself in the timeless retro charm of our vacation home on the dike in Balje. The rural life, the expanses of the outer dyke as well as the large garden, in which fruit trees can also be found, invite you to slow down. From the upper floor you can look at the Elbe with its shipping traffic to and from Hamburg. Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small towns offer beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering, also for cyclists and motorcyclists.

Centrally located yet quiet, fully equipped single-family home. Close to city park, sailing harbor and dike. Two terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, beach chair, sandbox. Old trees offer the possibility for a hammock or slackline. On the first floor: porch, hallway, living room, kitchen, laundry room (sep. shower/sep. toilet) with terrace access as well as a bedroom/sauna. Upper floor: 1 bathroom (tub + toilet) and 2 bedrooms; access via hallway to the balcony.

Unwind - in the Lütt Dörp vacation home

An oasis of peace invites you to relax. The building, which was completely renovated in 2020, is in an outdoor location and offers you a mile-long view of the Dutch town of Friedrichstadt on the large south terrace. End the day with a view of a unique sunset. Explore the area on extended bike tours or cool off in the natural swimming area 350 meters away. The nearby Treene river offers you a variety of leisure activities.

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our unmistakable "mini-village". We have four families with a total of five children as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and two hens. All two- and four-legged animals run around freely on the property, there are no fences or gates.
