It's always nice to come to Patricia's! The apartment is great: spacious, well arranged and superbly decorated. The quiet and sunny balcony is a real plus. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the bathroom to put our things down. We also appreciate the parking and the possibility of doing everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, walks...). Finally, connecting with Patricia is always simple and easy. We would recommend this listing:-)

Very clean, super quiet apartment surrounded by super tree the balcony and very well arranged. We were superbly welcomed by Sandrine's mom ( co-host). If you want to have a good night, I recommend this rental.

Clean accommodation with a large clothing rack to store everything. Very close to the large beach, shops within walking distance, large common land with private parking. Perfect.

Eddy's place is ideally located for discovering the coast (Granville, Saint Pair, Carolles, Mont Saint Michel...). Access to the listing is super easy with Eddy's tips. It is well equipped with a superb view of the sea and the Chausey Islands. For walkers, you can reach Granville on foot otherwise the buses are free (casino, old town, port ...). There is even a thalassotherapy center with seawater pool 2 steps from the residence. We had a dream stay to renew.

Very well located apartment, five minutes walk from the beaches, and in the center of Saint-Pair. The residence is very pleasant and clean, the apartment is spacious and spotless, with everything you need to leave it spotless. The garage is very nice. Thanks to Philippe for hosting us! We will go back without fail to this beautiful area.

Very beautiful and large apartment, with sea views, huge and beautiful beaches. The apartment is close to Cap Fréhel, Saint Malo, Paimpol. Note some inconveniences; sheets are not provided, there is no cleaning offered at the end of the stay.

Apartment as advertised, near the beach and allowing you to reach Granville on foot. Alexandra is very responsive and accommodating for schedules. Recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Jeannine's place. Exactly at described, well-equipped and very clean, spacious with a lovely baclony. Very close to amenities and attractions. Jeannine and her husband are lovely hosts, always on hand if needed but also very discreet just leaving you to enjoy your time. Would highly recommend staying here.

Its direct access to the beach allows 1 quick access to the center of Dinard and its market. And 1 big thank you for her advice and those of Patricia who welcomed us with kindness.

top accommodation in a beautiful environment. Close to walking trails. View of the exceptional accommodation from the various places on the terrace which is very large. The area is beautiful with many hikes or other things to do (St Malo by sea shuttle for example). Clément is very available and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

Great stay at this listing! This one was clean, well equipped, and missing nothing. Located about fifteen minutes drive from the center, and a few minutes walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy the place and the setting. The place is very quiet with swimming pool and assigned parking space. Sophie is very responsive in answering our questions.

Apartment in a very good location. It's really a 2-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, moonlit boardwalk, and a large supermarket. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We'll be back!

Good surprise upon check in: spacious and bright accommodation (large bay window). Sheets and towels are provided at check-in. The bedding is great. A small path at the end of the land takes us directly to the port, where shops, bars and restaurants and restaurants are located. In addition: the pool/sauna area, very nice for a small relaxing break.

We were able to take advantage of this rental to visit this pretty part of Brittany. The accommodation is well located, between Cancale and Saint Malo, within walking distance of pretty beaches.
