Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dinan

Claudine's place was truly a rare find and we would highly recommend it. Superb location close to a lot of nice attractions. Claudine was very helpful and came to introduce herself when we arrived. She was very accommodating as we travelled with our 1 year old daughter. She has all the facilities for travelling with a baby/toddler. The house is excellent and has all amenities one could require. It also has a nice garden for relaxing in the sunshine! Thank you!

Laurent is a friendly and available host. The accommodation is a spacious and bright loft, very well-equipped. It is very well located because it is close to all the nice places to visit (Dinan, Dinard, St Malo, Cancale). I recommend it😉.

I stayed at Babeth's for one night on a business trip. Great welcome, very friendly. Very clean room, large, superb bedding, perfect bathroom. Excellent breakfast (like at a hotel!), you have everything you need to start a great day. I recommend going to Babeth's without a problem. I would definitely come back.

Very functional, beautifully furnished and decorated house. Very well located (15 min from Rennes and 35 min from the Brocéliande forest) Very responsive and caring host. i would recommend Régis and her family's home.

We stayed at Boumedienne and Gwenn's place for 15 days. The house is very nice ,well-equipped ,the garden is very pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the calm of the neighborhood and the location of it. Dinan (beautiful city) 5 minutes away, st malo 30 minutes, Cancale 40 minutes away , beaches 25 minutes away. We recommend Boumedienne and Gwenn's house for visiting the area. You won't be disappointed.

We had a very nice week at Régine and her family's place. The house is very large and we stayed there for three adults and three children. Régine adapted to our check-in schedule and check-out schedule. We were able to park the car, take walks along the canal and the garden was great for playing ball. There was a bunch of books and board games to keep the kids busy. We slept very well. We were able to cook and follow all the recommendations of Régine's visit. It was a great stay and we are very sad to leave the area! Maybe we'll be back someday!

Impeccable professional stay. Guillaume and David are very welcoming, accommodating on arrival time and always respond to messages quickly. The apartment, well equipped, very clean, is really very quiet and overlooks trees and a garden. A little far from the center but very easy to access in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this listing and the quality of the hosts.

We had a great time at Virginia and Jean Louis' apartment. The apartment is nice, very well equipped, quiet in a very nice small neighborhood with several restaurants. We particularly appreciated the welcome, the kindness, the little touches and all the good tips for outings upon arrival. Ideal for spending a few days in Granville. We highly recommend this rental.

We felt very comfortable. The house had a pleasant atmosphere. The view of the sea was phenomenal. Everything we (five adults and a baby) needed was there. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked every day.

Everything was really perfect. Jeanne was a super welcoming host and always good advice to recommend places to visit. The accommodation is close to Saint Malo (2.8km walk) and very beautiful cities like Dinan or Cancale. The place was very clean. I recommend +++.

Cécile's accommodation is simply superb, it has everything you need, it is located in a superb building set back from a small street in the historic center which allows you to do everything on foot. Cécile provides her parking card free of charge in a parking lot that is a 2-minute walk away, and that's really super convenient and nice. Cécile took the time to welcome us and discuss many topics with us and it was a great meeting. As for Dinan, simply magnificent. Everything was perfect. Don't hesitate.

We have been coming to Granville for 3 years and for the second time to Frédérique's and not the last time. Frédérique is a wonderful hostess, everything is simple and so well thought out. The apartment is in the very center, large, tastefully decorated and wonderfully equipped but the most important thing is that you really feel welcomed thanks to Frédérique's attention, from aromatic herbs to rhubarb jam to shampoo, everything is done with warmth and talent. We had no difficulty and if necessary, I have no doubt that the solution would have been found with Frédérique. Finally, the value for money is very good. From now on, Granville rhymes with Frédérique. We will be back.

Spacious and charming accommodation with an authentic decoration giving a soul to the apartment, well located in the city and close to the beach. Communication was smooth and the instructions were very clear. We recommend it!

Perfect stay! I had trouble finding a place that was both quiet and close to the city center: that's the promise of Catherine's place. I came to Rennes to recharge my batteries and Catherine's place was a big part of it. Nowadays it is rare to find an Airbnb that "lives", that is not just an impersonal "apartment". We see that this apartment has a soul, that there is life, memories and I was very sensitive to it. Finally, Catherine was very hospitable. Self checkout. Recommended without a second thought and will be happy to come back.

The hosts were welcoming and friendly with attention to detail, the hue and space layout of the house was very kind and lovely, and every piece of furniture and objects was considered.The basic breakfast that was included was also very nice for us, with freshly ground coffee and super jam.Would stay again if I get the chance! Gratitude:)

I stayed at Chantal's place. The description is consistent with what I observed. Chantal is welcoming, warm and accommodating. The friendly accommodation, benefits from an independent entrance respecting everyone's privacy. Comfortable bedding. Breakfast was delicious, the jam made by Chantal was very good . Would definitely stay with her again! Thank you Chantal for the jam recipe.

Our stay was very nice, Didier and Slimane very friendly, communicative and helpful hosts. The room was very nice and the location is great if you like walks (GR) just beautiful and the sea of course:). You can easily get around with the bus line 50 m from the house.

The location and view are absolutely stunning — you can see Mont Saint-Michel right from the property. The host was wonderful and very friendly. He prepared a beautiful and delicious breakfast for us that exceeded all expectations. We also really appreciated that he allowed us to check in early. Highly recommended!
