Amazing hosts very responsive, great location between An Bang Beach and Hoi An districts. Highly recommended, would stay again.

Minh and family are very lovely and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, especially the bathrooms with enormous baths. The living space is shared with Minhs family and other guests, but you can store things in their fridge and use equipment. It is a 15 minute walk to the ancient town. There is a pleasant outdoor table and chairs to use as well. I enjoyed the balcony in the room.

일단 해외여행 가면 좀 가리게되고 무섭기도 하고 힘든점이 많아 사전에 많이 조사하고 움직이는 편이거든요. 예약전에 친절히 응대해 주셔서 편안하게 예약할수 있었고 무엇보다 넘나 깨끗한점 픽업 해줘서 넘나 편한점 건너편 쉐라톤을 다 이용할수 있어서 정말 행복한 여행이 되었어요. 침구가 아주 편하고 깨끗해 숙면했고 안전하고 넓어서 편안했습니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 꼭 또 이용할꺼예요.

Emm's House Homestay is a lovely villa with several bedroom ensuite units located near each other. The ensuite is modern and clean along with the bedroom, like a hotel. The second bedroom was accessed through outdoor stairs but is fully private. The host Emm was always responsive and we had a lovely time using the free bicycles.

This place is located close enough to Hoi An ancient town to walk over, but away from the noise. The house is adequately furnished, and Vu was a very communicative host, recommending restaurants and shops to visit, and even a place to run. If I had to travel in a big group again, I will consider this place again.

Anh's home is beautiful. We spent a weekend here and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything is provided and we had no complaints. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom so it's perfect for groups staying together. As a host, she is also amazing, sending questions to check in with how we were doing and giving us local recommendations. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

The space was spectacular. one of the best airbnbs i’ve stayed in vietnam. Only thing there’s nothing close by because it’s in a gated community but i’d defs stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely house

Incredible Accommodation. Harley is an incredible Host, she proactively communicated and was very responsive to any questions had. The photos resembled the studio suite and resort. The room is bright, spacious, clean, and equipped with a comfortable king bed, linens, and kitchen needs. The view from the patio is amazing. The resort and facilities (pool areas, gym, beach area) are well managed and meticulously maintained. The staff very friendly and welcoming. The resort is within close proximity to An Bang Beach, Rice Fields and Hoi An Old Town. We look forward to returning. We highly recommend Harley as a host, the accommodation, and resort!

Thu’s place is jaw-droppingly magnificent—spotless, bright, and airy, with a design that instantly makes you feel at ease. The view of Hoi An’s beach is simply beautiful, and the space takes full advantage of it. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which was a nice bonus. The staff were warm and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth and effortless. We also really appreciated Thu’s responsiveness and transparency—it made everything feel easy and stress-free. We truly wish we could’ve stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Definitely a recommended stay for anyone visiting Hoi An and Da Nang!

The apartment is very spacious and located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It also offers access to a pool, which was a nice bonus. The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. It's a bit further away from the center, so there are fewer dining options nearby.

Der Aufenthalt bei Na war eines der Highlights meiner Vietnamreise! Sie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, hat mich mit frischem Gemüse aus dem Garten und selbstgemachter Mandelmilch verwöhnt, mit tolle Tipps zur Region gegeben und war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Das Homestay ist ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Einheimischen und man ist sehr schnell in der Natur. Trotzdem ist das Stadtzentrum zu Fuß in 30 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt perfekt für Menschen, die ein Bisschen mehr Vietnam und ein Bisschen weniger Massentourismus erleben , aber dennoch die Highlights von Hoi An mitnehmen wollen!😊

Amazing views in a very quiet spot. Believe the reviews and the photos are totally true to the views. Pool was clean and lovely to relax by in the heat of the day and bikes available for free if you felt more active! We stayed in the garden view apartment and it was great to have the kitchen and living area for breakfasts and cold drinks. The upstairs bedroom was very cool with the air conditioning over night and having two bathrooms was a great addition! The owners were lovely and friendly, always available via messaging and our welcoming evening meal was such a surprise and so tasty. Being able to order food and having a fridge with beers and soft drinks at a good price was also great. We did walk in via the metal bridge to old town Hoi An once but used Grab after that. Much less excitement! Very easy to get in for the evenings and fantastic food/restaurants/atmosphere. Great to come back to the peace and tranquility each night! 장점 : 시설 깨끗하고 내려가면 수영장있고, 주방용품 다 있어서 뭐해먹기도 좋음. 물은 화장실 필터 껴도 깨끗함. 각방마다 에어컨 있고 강함. 던점 : 위치는 다낭과 호이안 중간이라 6인 기준 편도 약 20만동. 주위에 카지노 하나 보이고 다 리조트라 암것도 없음. 그랩 배달은 배달료 5.5만동. 화장실 냄새 올라오지만 쓰는데 문제 없음. 건조기가 없으니 내부서 에어컨 돌려 말림. 나쁘진 않고 딱 호캉스만 한다면 좋은 곳임. 디파짓 2백만동 챙기시고, 물이랑 수건 교체, 청소 매일 해주니 좋은 기업이 많음.

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

I stayed a couple of nights at their 2 bedroom apartment. This is located just 1Km away from the iconic Japanese bridge. The apartment was extremely clean and as expected with the mentioned amenities like fridge , washing machine , dryer , a lovely rooftop pool. Highly recommended

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (6 Jahre) hier und waren alle begeistert. Die Aussicht ist richtig toll, die Umgebung bietet beste Unterhaltung und die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für all das. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

First of all, the host is a lovely woman, who went above and beyond to make us happy. Helped us store our gear before check-in time, quickly took care of any issues. And even went above and beyond to help me find a credit card I lost, including looking at the security cameras of the building and the adjacent supermarket. So much to take for granted. I thank you with all my heart🙏 Beyond that, the location is great, there is a lot to do within walking distance, 4 convenience stores under the house, a nice pool for families and children.

The condo was great. Even better was the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a short walk away. Hosts were really responsive and answered our every questions. I would really recommend this place.

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.
