Cozy home surrounded by nature, near SAP

My house was built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes vacation flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area facing east. In the large room there is a kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for entertainment are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with closet and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find a bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, tissues, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with plenty of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a grill and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to provide information, answer questions, fetch rolls and fulfill small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. A baker, hairdresser, grocery store and inns can be found right in the village. You can hike to Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg, or spend the day at the gliding field, the golf course or the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This also works well by S-Bahn every half hour from Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from us around the corner. You can also ride a bike to SAP St.Leon-Rot via a direct, paved road through meadows and fields in 10-15 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

A kitchen with basic equipment offers the possibility of self-catering. Large fridge and ceramic stovetop with oven are provided.

Historic accommodation, in Kraichgauer Hügelland, on a former knight's castle, in the 900-year-old mansion. The manor house is located on a hill surrounded by a lot of nature. It sleeps wonderfully in the up to 1.6m thick walls. Simply furnished, no tv. 50 steps to the front door. Adventure mini golf course (www.adventure-golf-hohenhardt.de) 18 + 9 hole golf course, farm restaurant with terrace. Driving Range, Taster classes, green atmosphere. Heidelberg 15 min drive.

The apartment is a 3-room apartment with its own small terrace in the former post office of Angelbachtal. The ambiance will enchant you. It is different, cozy, just special... - Please NO inquiries or bookings from installers - The palm paradise in Sinsheim is only about 10 km away. The Auto and Technik Museum and the Rhein-Neckar Arena in Sinsheim are also only a few km away. Heidelberg, Mannheim or the Palatinate with all its sights are quickly reached.

The apartment is furnished, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots... if anything is missing, just let us know. We'll get almost anything. We want you to feel comfortable.
