Perfect to come to peace or make excursions to the Paderborn surroundings. The guest area (1st floor) with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!!!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Spend your holiday in a 180-year-old mill, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests. Visit this mystical place and decelerate. They wake up in the morning and drink a coffee at the Mühlenbach or on cool days in front of the fire-extinguishing fireplace. The mill with its ponds and the surrounding nature invites you to pause. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.
