You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Gommern is a small town in the countryside near Magdeburg (15 km). In summer, nearby lakes invite you to swim (free access). Long walks or a short bike ride – we have plenty of nature to offer and are happy to provide excursion tips. The apartment located in the basement has a large bedroom/living room, where another person can sleep on the ottoman or a guest mattress if necessary, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and bidet. The Meisterhäuser are a 15-minute walk (1 km), the Bauhaus is about 25 minutes (2 km). Parking in front of the house as well as storage facilities for bicycles are provided.
