Natasha is an extremely kind, very friendly and generous host who clearly loves ensuring her guests are extremely well looked after My room was great, lots of storage space, desk and with a very comfortable bed, tea/coffee etc and more or less next to an excellent bathroom The kitchen facilities are excellent with food provided for breakfast Easy walk to train station/centre/bus stops close by Beautiful Victoria Park/River Trent 5 mins away Highly recommended

It's a clean and quiet room, everything else is well-maintained and quick response from the host. Highly recommended!

Nice spacious room, walkable distance from bus stop and 10-15 min walk to nearest team stop that connects to the city.

Really lovely stay in the friendliest household with John and Amy and the sweetest dogs. The room was on the top and felt very private. Really enjoyed being able to have some space to make food in the kitchen and keep things in the fridge. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lisa's place was well equipped with the necessary equipment for daily living, had Netflix, was clean, had a peaceful environment, was well decorated, and was filled with sanitary products. The instructions were self-explanatory, and we did enjoy our stay there. We will recommend it.

It was a very pleasant stay everything was to our liking it had everything and when something wasn’t ok it was easy to get In contact with the host so she helps us out

Had a fantastic one night stay in this beautiful town house. would definitely stay again. only a 13 minute walk into the city centre. very spacious house, clean and modern. bedrooms spacious, comfy beds and clean fresh bedding. would 100% recommend

Very quirky property full of antiquities, paintings, reference books and nick-backs. Very homely and wonderful reception rooms and large open kitchen area. Flowers and shrubs galore in the beautifully kept oasis of a back garden. Perfect stay whilst attending our daughter’s graduation.

Helena and Will are lovely people and great hosts, their property is immaculate and in a great location, 5 minute walk to city centre, great value for your £££, honestly havent a bad word to say about the hosts or their home. I will definitely be back.

We had a fab short stay at Robyn's house. All the rooms were so impressive, luxurious, and had everything we needed and more. I wished we could have stayed longer!

Ram is a kind and helpful host and I appreciated the thoughtful little touches (such as suncream on the shelf!). We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay a Bob's House, Joanna has thought of everything, board games, books for both adults and children. We thoroughly enjoyed the garden, watching the chickens and looking at the fish in the ponds. The location is great, only a few minutes drive to the Everyman track, near to the space centre and Abbey Pumping Museum. Joanna was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Brilliant stay with a very comfortable bed, Claire was lovely and very welcoming, giving us advice on places to go and offering to do my washing after I spilled coffee down myself.

We had a fantastic stay at the accommodation. The house was very clean and had lots of space. Kitchen was very well equipped. The 3 bathrooms were fantastic, spacious, and clean. Living area was good. A great variety of bedrooms to choose from. The only problem would be that the street the house is on is not very well looked after, so make sure you are aware of this. Also beware of getting parking tickets in the resident permit parking bays. Also, the back gate in the garden doesn’t lock and other houses have access to this, so make sure you lock the kitchen door. Finally, a later check out time would be preferable, maybe up until 12pm. Besides that it was a great stay and excellent value for money. Great location just outside the city centre.

We really enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful and quirky. The beds and each room were very comfortable. In a reasonable distance from the Peak District. Although we didn't use the garden, I had a look and it looked a nice place to sit out in the sun. Matt our host was very friendly and provided clear instructions to get into the property and he made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this property and would 100% stay again.
