Located directly opposite Alton Towers theme park, part of Chained Oak Farm B&B, we are set in its own grounds of 24 acres of Woodland with stunning views overlooking the beautiful Churnet Valley countryside. Sleeping up to 5 people, the loft is located above the converted stable block which comprises modern country finishes and rustic charm which has been designed to provide premium accommodation in a beautiful rural setting.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Available for single night stays.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
