Zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn: in nur wenigen Minuten in der City. Schön auch Spaziergänge im Bürgerpark und an der Weser/Osterdeich.

Sleeping area (large double bed) on the upper floor with slopes can be reached via small stairs. Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop about 800 m away to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

I love this apartment, which is a bit outdated. It is absolutely not perfect and certainly not modern, so don't expect 100%! I myself currently live in Berlin and rarely use it, but then with cats
