Condo holiday rentals in DeLand

This oceanfront condo was absolutely stunning and felt like such a peaceful retreat for our family! It is super spacious, very nice/clean, quiet, and was perfect for my wife, toddler, and I. Everything is updated and the ocean views from the balcony and master suite (watching dolphins each day) was truly a treat! There is an amazing pool and beach front private access and washer/dryer in the unit with some accessories for the beach! Even an adorable condo library for pool side reads! We used the gym and ran along the surrounding neighborhoods each day. We were so grateful to Shelly and the facility for being excellent hosts! Perfect beach getaway in family friendly Ormond to make memories!

This was an amazing place! We love New Smyrna & this beachfront condo had everything you need at the beach! There were even brand new binoculars that we used to watch the dolphins in the ocean.

Really enjoyed our stay in South Daytona. Know the area pretty well so it was a trip down memory lane for us which we really enjoyed. Condo was quite dark on entry but there were two light bulbs missing which we quickly replaced. Not much to complain about apart from that. Made good use of the balcony most mornings then out all day after that. Sat out again in the evenings as we are outside people. Would recommend to anyone.

Great condo. The bed is perfection and comfy. Exactly as described. Fast, friendly and responsive hosts. Perfect location for NCA/NDA nationals. Balcony overlooks the back of the bandshell and about two blocks from Ocean Center. Highly recommend.

Hosts were amazing, helpful and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again as the spot was easy to get to, quiet and on the beach! Perfect amount of space for us and the people at the building were super friendly also.

This is absolutely beautiful! Had everything you would need to have a wonderful time. The television is awesome. The beds were very comfortable. I had a wonderful 8 day experience there. I have been in this unit over 35 years and it needed a lot of TLC and boy did it get a complete makeover. Thank you Frank, you are a wonderful host. I hoping to return to this same unit next year.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet and family friendly with our two young children. Loved the view of the ocean every morning that we woke up. My toddler loved looking out on the balcony. Even though the condo isn't big it has everything you need to fit comfortably. I like that the building wasn't huge so it had a more personalable feel. I love that there were carts to help with groceries and luggage to get to your room. The pool was well kept and clean. There was easy access to the beach with either a ramp or stairs. Though we didn't need Kristen for much of anything, when we did speak her response was quick and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Allen’s place was very spacious and clean. It is exactly as described. He responded right away when we had a question. We enjoyed our time here and the beach was an easy 2 min walk. He had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, which was a total plus for us!!! If we were to visit Palm Coast again, this is where we would stay!!!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a perfect place to rest between my son’s baseball games for a local tournament, with easy access to the amenities and the local must see/eat/do with in walking distance to the beach! Would stay again!

Very beautiful location, calm surroundings and very close to all attractions

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

The resort was nice and close to our event for the weekend. Staff were very nice and accommodating when asking questions. Was disappointed the dog area was completely closed due to a down fence. Gym, pool area and hot tub were all very nice and rarely had many people. The bar and food available onsite had strange hours so didn't really use those much. they did have grills in the pool area available for use which was really nice and took advantage of using them. The room itself was spacious enough for 4 people and had the basics for cooking meals and such. overall I would stay here again.

Highly recommend making time in your life to relax & rejuvenate yourself. Priceless experience. You will love this place.

We had an amazing time on this place!! It has perfect views and you can walk everywhere. Also, the host was very attentive and friendly all the time. If you're staying in Daytona, this is the perfect place to stay!!

Conrad was one of the best hosts I’ve had. He’s super helpful and available. The place was cozy with an ocean view. It was also quiet. Very clean. Great place to stay for a few nights at Daytona. The only tricky thing was the parking.

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. This place was perfect for my boyfriend and I’s getaway. Small, quiet room easy to get to and lots of amenities that come with the room. Super fun!

The unit was conveniently located to many things within walking distance. It is a beautiful unit and very well kept, clean and beautifully decorated. Renee was extremely responsive to any questions we had and very helpful with suggestions. It was a wonderful experience for the one-month stay we had it. Would definitely stay at her place again!

OMG... Mark's place is amazing! we had such a great time. Mark is very helpful, professional, and responsive. The location was perfect. Close to stores and restaurants. The residents at this building are very friendly and kind. This location is very peaceful and quite but in driving distance to all the action. This is definitely going to be our go to condo for future Daytona trips.
