Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

Stay in a 1970s Vintage Blue Bird Wanderlodge Bus we call The Hermitage Manatee. It's a 35ft camper perfect for the adventurer who is open to TINY living and escape to nature. It is located on a private acre section of our property next to our home. Plenty of parking for your motorcycle, trailer or truck. We are located outside Ocala Nat'l Forest, 2.5 mi. from a National Wildlife Refuge, 4 mi. from DeLeon Springs State Park and 6 mi. from Stetson in Downtown Deland and close to Daytona Beach.

This home offers ample space to spread out and relax, with a fully equipped kitchen, pet friendly fenced in back yard. Clara house is 30 minutes from Daytona speedway and New Symrna beaches. Blue Springs state park is 6 miles away and 45 minutes to Orlando. 5 miles to Bridal Oakes, and directly across the street from north west square. This is a non smoking house!

Stetson & Downtown DeLand Coastal Cottage

You will be within very close walking distance to both Downtown DeLand's dining, shopping, and year-round events as well as Stetson University. This cozy cottage was built in 1916 and although the home has kept it's charming historical integrity, it's been renovated with relaxing coastal finishes. The upstairs master bedroom features a King, guest room has two Twin-XL beds. Guests will enjoy free wi-fi internet, Hulu and Netflix, and two parking spaces in the driveway.

Cute and small private studio that is located behind the main home with a private entrance and separate driveway with privacy fence away from the main home. The space offers a comfortable queen bed, 32 inch smart TV, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils. The shower is separate from the toilet room. Pet friendly with a good size yard. Grocery store, convenience store, and coffee shop all within walking distance. Less than 2 miles to downtown Deland.

Mira Bella South

Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) Schur Haven Craftsman Cottage.

Clean, cozy two bedroom craftsman cottage just two blocks from downtown. Schur Haven is a great place to relax and connect with the history of Deland. It sleeps four in two beds, has parking for two cars, and has a great front porch. Cable and wifi are included along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is small and basic, but has the essentials you'll need if you want to cook.
