We loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and located in a super convenient location. We'll definitely come back the next time we come to Orlando!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! Heidy’s house was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. The pool and backyard were very peaceful, we spent a lot of our time out on the patio. The master king bed was super comfortable! Heidy left us some cold water in the fridge which was needed upon arrival, June is very hot in Florida! Would 100 percent recommend!

Just stayed at The Lemon Cottage for my daughter’s birthday getaway. Prior to our arrival I reached out to Mrs. Debbie to ask her if she could decorate the cottage before we arrived to surprise the birthday girl. Mrs. Debbie far exceeded my expectations especially considering she did not have to do what I asked of her. She truly made the arrival of our girl’s weekend magical. The cottage was beautiful, and had everything you would need for a stay minus the food and extras you bring. The kids also enjoyed the snack basket that was at the cottage. Debbie was very responsive to any questions we had. Would 10/10 recommend staying in this beautiful home. Thank you so much Mrs. Debbie for your great hospitality and making my girl’s birthday extra special.

My stay was amazing, you feel as though you are at a resort. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I was actually staying in the area for another week and would have loved to stay there for the upcoming week as well.

We had an incredible stay at Gateway Galloway Ranch! Our whole friend group loved it—especially hanging out in the pool and playing games on the Switch. The space was comfortable, fun, and had everything we needed. Best of all, it was super close to our friend’s wedding venue, which made everything so convenient. Highly recommend!

Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

We had another great stay at Belkins place. The house was clean, cozy, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to get around and relax. Belkins was friendly, helpful, and responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Mt. Dora area, and we'd be happy to stay again!

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

I fully recommend staying in this beautiful and charming home. Our host Nicolas was amazing and he made us feel right at home. The place is very peaceful and at the same full of positive energies. 5 stars all the way!

Jill was the most amazing host! The was incredibly responsive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make myself and daughter felt comfortable. Everything was just as described. The fully functional kitchen was also the best-stalked airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen. We had no issues cooking meals. The dogs made me feel safe and secure. I was missing my own dog, so they helped with that. My daughter loved the pool and spent most of the day in it. They also had a beautiful fenced in back yard with umbrellas and plenty of seating with shade if needed. Speaking of keeping cool, the A/C unit works really well! Jill was very responsive and even anticipated our needs multiple times. My daughter insists that we stay with Jill when we come back to Sanford.

Ernie and Jeff were immaculate hosts and now considered friends! The property was beautiful and well curated, but it was an environment to nurture and enrich the soul!! This will be an annual, if not bi-annual trip! Close to everything, great food and dining experiences all within 2-5 miles!! Ernie is a wealth of knowledge and is passionate to ensure his guests/new friends are cared for with the utmost of diligence. Thank you for an amazing vacation and we now consider them extended family! Job well done new friends! We miss you already! Much love!

We had a wonderful time at André place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a fantastic location. The host was also incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a heads-up: the bedroom doesn’t have A/C, but the fan provided kept things comfortable for us. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Spacious dining area, bonus Florida room AND a separate screened in patio. Plenty of room to entertain, hangout and relax! The house is updated with a retro vibe that I really liked. Stocked Keurig coffee bar in the modernized retro themed kitchen was very nice. Guest bathroom is very nice and spacious but the master bath is a little cramped for a bigger guy like myself but still very nice. 5/5 stars, I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at joes place was great, very quiet place with fully fenced in yard for your pups, highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

Stayed here for a month and a half, waiting for my permanent home to be ready. I stayed with my son and pets and we had an amazingggggg stay!!! The hosts are so responsive and on top of everything! It was a pleasure for the entire stay! I’m so grateful to have had them as hosts and looking forward to visiting again!

This place was perfect for any length of stay. So many rooms and comfortable beds. It was clean and well stocked. The host was super responsive and amazing! Highly recommend for work or play.

We had an absolute blast. The boat was clean and more spacious than anticipated. We enjoyed our time on the boat and Ocala National Forest was right down the road. If you enjoy driving through the forest then this is a great place to stay. Communication was great and we will definitely be back. 5 stars from us Thank you

I spent one night here with my son, wife and dog. Perfect for what we needed. The wife LOVED the bath, for being a studio it was quite spacious. Backyard was perfect for my dog and little man to run around in. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice, affordable place to stay not far from Daytona. This is the place!

We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! Thank YOU Larry Karen for sharing your lovely home❤️- side note: the RV community had a couple events for the residents during our stay. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!
