Ocean Front in Ponce Inlet (Daytona / New Smyrna)

Our condo is directly on the ocean with a great view from the 2nd floor. The building was completely refurbished in 2021. Amenities include a heated pool, grilling area, covered parking and a beachfront deck with picnic tables and lounge chairs. Restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive away. There is plenty to do in Ponce Inlet from climbing Florida's tallest working lighthouse, visiting the lighthouse museum, the marine science center, fishing, surfing or just relaxing.

The condo is on the 4th floor, requiring guests to climb three flights of stairs. If you’re comfortable with the stairs, enjoy a 3BR/3BA condo at an exceptionally reduced rate, with spectacular ocean views and a prime beachfront location. Please consider the three flights of stairs carefully before booking, especially if anyone in your group has mobility limitations.
